Used once last year, took it out yesterday to clean the patio and the soap injector was snapped off. Besides that it worked well. We will see how it is once the part is replaced.

I love it! at 2.6 gallons per minute, this WPX3400 gets the job done. I love that the starter cord is up front and the hose connections are at the back of the unit. That's perfect!

I was starting my WPX 3400 and the handle slipped out of my hand on the recoil and cracked part of the handle. I made a claim and not only did they send the handle but it had the whole recoil starter assembly. Great service.

First one I bought had to be returned because after 5 minutes of running (with the correct oil levels) it blew a hole in the side of the crankcase. The second one (the current one) has a really loud knock. Runs pretty rough

First use washing a school bus. All parts included in packaging. Assembly instructions were thorough. Washer started on first few pulls. Plenty of pressure using the 25° nozzle. Very pleased with this purchase.
