Purchased 2 months ago from Sam's Club, on sale. A 10 year 17.3 / 16gb user, HP, Toshiba, Dell laptop user. See this, looked at the specs and purchased. Setup quick. It's performance is quick, everything loads quickly, even Express VPN. Went with the Logitech keyboard and mouse, though the keyboard has no issues. I hate, literally, the over sensitivity of the mouse pad, hence the extension keyboard and mouse combination. Using a multiport adapter, it runs 2 external monitors (27 Acer & 32" LG) and a Seagate 5tb external drive. Packs up easily, the battery life is good, sound is ok, display is exceedingly comfy on the eyes. The ink pen is not as responsive as my Samsung tablet, but is tolerable. The touch screen is responsive to the finger. Overall very happy with the laptop and recommend it for anyone looking at a laptop in the mid size screen size.

I have had HP Envy laptops before but this one is not good. There is no right side control key on the Envy laptops. Instead there is a finger print reader in that spot where normally there is a control key. I use some key combinations that use the num pad and control key and trying to do this with only a control key on the left side of the space bar is very cumbersome.
