Great mattress

Bought this based on a prior purchase for a twin sized bed. This one is deeper and very comfortable. It’s on an adjustable frame and works well. I sleep really good with it in the 0 gravity position. It’s also very good for a side sleeper in the flat position.

Never reformed. Terrible customer service

Delivery was quick. We immediately opened the mattress as it states not to leave it in the packaging over 72hrs. After 24hrs there still was a valley in the middle of the mattress. The instructions stated that it could take up to 48hrs to reform. After 48hrs there still was a valley. I contacted Zinus. Zinus told me it could take up to 7 days. Then Zinus told me that any other concerns need to be conveyed to Sam’s Club. After 7 days there still was a bit of a valley but we decided to give it a try. Some of the reviews did state that sleeping on the mattress and working it a bit did help it reform. 17days later I checked and the valley is still there. This seems like it could be easily avoided if the mattress was just rolled up and NOT fol...
