One of the best things we could have bought! Perfect for who has kids, even better for those who have pets! At my home, Charlotte works in the morning before I prepare breakfast, sometimes in the afternoon, and before I prepare dinner for the family! It helps so much controlling the dog hair and dust of the carpets! I am just grateful we got this! It's wonderful to have a helper we don't need to pay extra for. lol I recommend the Bobsweep no matter which one. We are happy with Charlotte! Great addition to our home!

I'm impressed. I had my 11th spinal surgery last January and I was told "no more vacuuming, ever" so my husband and Mom took over for me. I did so much research to find a robot vacuum in our price range that actually worked. Im in love with this one! we have had it since black friday (I got it for a great deal!) I let Charlotte run every day. she gets a lot of dog hair and dust. Im amazed at how well it works. I dont have a need for the mop function. but the vacuum part is awesome. My only complaint is that she can not find the docking/charging station and she can not detach herself. so I have to carry it back to the charger and then take it off the charger before I start it. other then that, I love it

It seems like its prime objective is to get stuck--like it was programmed to go through the house until it finds something it can get wedged into and continues to ram its head into that place until it gets stuck. If you have fun with hide and seek games, this is the vacuum for you.

Great sweeper…works hard, goes places that are hard to reach, picks up dirt and pet hair

Works great for the price. Gets lost finding base but eventually finds it.

Bob gets a little lost BUT he does well for the price

Has hard time finding it’s charger base.

The bobsweep robot vacuum works well except It keeps getting stuck under the back of my couch and I haven't found a way to keep it from going there.
