Powerful vacuum! Does a great job. Gets under furniture. It’s an easy set up too. Mop is helpful for routine mopping but I wouldn’t say it’s a deep clean. But it does a good job maintaining.

Struggling with the instructions. Having trouble figuring out programing. It does a good job of picking up dust as vacuuming. Not sure how to keep it on appropriate floors for mopping

This little robot vacuum works like a charm. It picks up surface dust and even sand from our carpets and also from our linoleum floors. Although this is not a "beater/roller brush that get's imbedded "dirt" it does pick up quite a bit. The little dust bin is usually full, including hair. I do have to watch that it doesn't get stuck under furniture but it's so perfect for in between cleaning with an upright. Actually, I haven't felt the need to use my upright lately. I love how it figures out how to get out of tight spots. Sometime I feel I want to help it but after a little bit of maneuvering on its own, it's on it's way again. I tried washing our kitchen and hall floors with it and it did a reasonable job (made the floors shine) but I had to take the little cloth off and wash it several times in between. It wasn't difficult but I found I prefer to wash the floors by hand. I love this little vacuum and use it often. Also, make sure to clean the filter out. If the floor needs extra work, I clean the filter half way through. I bought it 5 months ago and love this little Bobsweep robot vacuum.

I purchased this in late 2023 as a gift for myself. I never realized how much I needed a robovac until I used this daily. This summer I sent my robovac off as the mop was not functioning as it had previously, boy did I miss not having my floors cleaned nightly, instead I had to pull out my vacuum and do it myself. The dread! Not only have I loved my bObsweep, but I cannot speak more highly of their customer service staff and the communication to keep me updated on the status of my unit. bObsweep has a lifetime customer!

This little wonder has been a lifesaver for me. I couldn't imagine how a robot vacuum priced so low could do a good job, so I decided to try it. After superior customer service helping me get it set up (totally my operator error) it performed beautifully. Would I prefer the ability to set up zones? Yes. Do I care? NO. A few barriers located to keep her out of areas where she would get stuck and she cleans well. I love it!

I have been using the Bobsweep for about 2 months and I am in love! It helps keep down the pet dander and hairs all over the floor. It helps me get my day started off with a well swept floor. I love my Bobsweep and would not trade it for the world. I recommend it to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

One of the best things we could have bought! Perfect for who has kids, even better for those who have pets! At my home, Charlotte works in the morning before I prepare breakfast, sometimes in the afternoon, and before I prepare dinner for the family! It helps so much controlling the dog hair and dust of the carpets! I am just grateful we got this! It's wonderful to have a helper we don't need to pay extra for. lol I recommend the Bobsweep no matter which one. We are happy with Charlotte! Great addition to our home!

We have a pet version of the bObsweep in our upstairs that we absolutely love, but our pup only stays up there. The basement has less traffic, although it leads to our back patio and the dreaded sandbox....so we decided to grab this version to put down there. this little firecracker has demolished all the sand that our kids track in, easily maneuvers from the tile, to the carpet, across our rugs and gets itself around all the random kid objects and workout equipment we keep down there. The mop attachment is so great when mud gets tracked in and easy to pop off and wash! Connecting to the bObsweep app is so easy and a great help for keeping our basement in top shape! Like most other robotic vacuums it doesn't make straight lines back and forth, rather mapping out the room and navigating the obstacles but rest assured it catches every single spot it can reach and you still get the magical feeling of carpet lines when you step foot in the room.

Purchased this product and started using it on March 5th, 2024. It seems to be a great addition to my household in keeping dirt and dust off the floors - picks up the Beagle hair as well. It is quiet and moves about the house getting right up to the baseboards. Love it! We've named it Bobby and he is a great cleaning machine. Baley, the Beagle, doesn't mind it and the only problem is when Bobby gets too close to Baley's food bowl, she stared him down. I highly recommend this product.
