Love the vacuum not the water feature. Need to know we’re to get replacement parts to have extra filter etc

We’re amazed by Rosie, the name we gave it. It has just about eliminated the need to vacuum in the parts of the house we allow it to work.

If it has a down side, it does get stuck often but other than that seems to do a good job of cleaning.

I am having all kinds of trouble getting this to work! I have msg customer service numerous times and am still having trouble

First robot vac...seems to work well. It will climb onto carpets, but can get stuck it rug/carpet is not flat.

I love my BobSweep. The vacuum power is awesome. Goes under the furniture with no problem So pleased

It got stuck under furniture and I have long hair which wraps around the little brushes. Did well for a few minutes.

Very impressed! There were a few bugs in the application but the company fixed them quickly. We've run the vac every other day and are amazed at the amount of pickup and how it seems to get better every day covering the entire house.

Powerful vacuum! Does a great job. Gets under furniture. It’s an easy set up too. Mop is helpful for routine mopping but I wouldn’t say it’s a deep clean. But it does a good job maintaining.

I love this vacuum! It cleans and picks up just about everything. It is a must for when you have small children. The app is also super user friendly. It allows you to set daily schedules, send the vacuum to the charging station, spot clean, etc.
