Seems to get stuck more often than our Shark robot. Only cleans for maybe 10 minutes before I have to go find where it got stuck. The mop is just water on a rag. Since it goes in a random zig zag pattern throughout the house it leaves random streaks “mopped” and other spots completely untouched.

This little bot works harder than I thought it would. I ordered it on sale and thought “why not?” The company actually emailed me and asked me if they could upgrade me for free and I was a little skeptical but they did! I ended up receiving a “pet hair vision plus” and it’s Great! The only complaint I (could) have is that it consistently likes to go in places where it gets stuck so I have to retrieve it, but it comes with a guard strap where I could block that place off. It cleans efficiently and the battery life is good for cleaning my one-bedroom apartment. You can’t put floor cleaning solution in the water tank and that was a bummer at first, but I just put water in the tank and then sprayed the floor with the solution and it worked out just fine. The sweeping and mopping function both work well and I am a satisfied customer.

Pretty impressed. I had ordered the regular bObsweep, but the company ended up upgrading to the pet hair version for free, which is great bc I have 3 cats. I hadn't vacuumed in a couple of months bc life was busy, and Bob took that challenge by the horns. He's saving me so much time and energy and the house looks clean regularly now.

Really happy with this purchase. Setup was simple. It is quiet but enough that you know it is working. It has ease of transition from carpet to tile. Works really well when picking up pet hair. Does a really thorough job. I purchased two and will give one away as a gift.

Vacuum works great, mops , sweeps, and vacuums all at same time. I just wish it had better sensors when it comes to furniture , it really bangs into my furniture also wish it had mapping , and it would vacuum in a vertical or horizontal pattern instead of all over the place . Oh it doesn’t vacuum thin carpets at all it just sucks them up and gets jammed.

Works great on hardwood floors but has a problem with higher carpets. This vacuum has the potential to be great but the app is fairly useless and the vacuum takes forever to map itself out. Even after several uses it still manages to get lost or stuck somewhere.

I bought this sweeper mainly to use for sweeping under my beds. And what a job it does!! It does an excellent job of picking up all the dirt and dust bunnies hiding under the bed! Not sure I will ever use the mop feature, but was definitely worth the money spent just to get the carpets cleaned under my beds!

I've had it two weeks now. Satisfied. It's the basic model, so none of the advanced tasks I'd like. It makes its own path, but eventually cleans all. I was disappointed that I couldn't map areas. It was difficult to set up, but superior customer sevice sent detailed instructions that worked perfectly. Good followup also, to be sure I was satisfied. We have a small one bedroom apartment; one cleaning results in the dust container about 2/3 full, and over 60% battery power remaining. It is very good about getting around barriers like table legs, etc. Gets stuck in small places. i wish it had a warning sound that would make it easier to find when it's stuck.

Terrible don't buy, barely mops, couldn't connect to app
