It's a great product, only thing is its super sensitive gets stuck on everything pretty much and very har dto find replacment parts found some on amazon but its to a diffrent machine the app it comes with dont even have it listed for replacement parts, other than that it works well.

We were upgraded to the bObsweep Pethair Vision, so this review is for that unit. Does a good job. We have transitions from hard floor to area rug that can sometimes be issues, with rolling of the rug edges. Of course it is limited by its height and diameter as to where it can travel to clean, as any robot vacuum would be. Between our long-haired cat, daughter, and granddaughter, the unit has had excessive maintenance cleanings for hair wraps. When battery is low and unit needs to return to its home, it wanders as if it is lost. We find that we must pick it up and move it near its home so it can dock to charge. We have not tried the mop function, as we are unsure of how to prevent its mopping carpet. The supplied owners manual is lacking. ALL THIS BEING SAID, FOR THE $99 THAT WE PAID FOR “BOB” WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS PERFORMANCE!

I had high hopes for this robot but unfortunately, it did not impress. First three days it worked okay and did not have issues finding the base. It now has been almost three weeks of daily use y I’ve had to carry it to its base because it won’t find it. One story, open concept house and the robot gets lost in the kitchen. Also, the mop attachment fails to stay attached, leaving trails and small puddles of water where the cloth folds under and won’t absorb. I have to manually unfold and reattach to Velcro pads and reattach. The vacuum picks up minimal dirt and its collector bin is small. Compared to my deebot, which costs around the same but doesn’t mop, this LEAF vacuum cleans way less. Overall I am disappointed and will attempt to get a refund although I threw away the box.

We use this vacuum on our main floor which is about 750 sq ft. It really does a nice job keeping the floors clean! Gets all the dust and crumbs that the broom would usually miss. Occasionally the vacuum will get stuck on a threshold, but most times it is able to get over into each room. Make sure cords are out of the way so it doesn’t get tangled. Overall, a great product for a great price. Has really helped keep our floors clean.

Pethair Vision Plus. Overall a good vacuum for the price. Does a good job cleaning. Quiet enough when you are in the room. It maps the rooms that it has cleaned, but it is not as accurate as I thought it would be. You can’t use the information to schedule cleaning and it erases the map after it docks. The mop feature does not distinguish between carpet or rugs and hard flooring. This makes it difficult to fence into one particular area in an open concept house. I believe you need to purchase a higher priced one for that option. However, given the price and features I would purchase it again. We just make sure we are home when we run it. Love how it fits under the furniture and cleans those hard to reach places.

I've only been using my Leaf robo-vacuum for about a week now. It's my first robo-vacuum and I bought it because of the promotional price. I got a little confused by the app, you don't *have* to use it to get started, but if you want the other features, you need it. I contacted support which was very responsive. The app requires a hot spot to get all features, which will drain your device battery daily. Other comments: It's not too loud. I got hot pink, which is really cute. It gets the floors clean. I haven't tried the mop feature yet.

Because I have several dogs in the house, I was very hesitant on using any robotic vacuum cleaner. In fact, I refused! Certainly didn't want it to run over any messes they would have created...if you get what I mean! Anyways, I took the plunge when Sam's Club had this Charlotte model on sale. I figured if I didn't like it, I hadn't lost much money on it. Well, I'm 62 years old and every day I ask myself..."why didn't I make the plunge many years ago??". I couldn't be happier with Miss Charlotte! I absolutely LOVE her and she does a great job on my floors! Since my original purchase I have purchased 3 more for family!! 😊 Thanks for such an awesome product! Vicky Richard

Was a Christmas gift for my daughter and broke in just a few weeks!

The mop pad is so small it definitely won't work for my needs. I already have a robot vacuum, i was getting this to do my large areas of the house.

The vacuum will keep getting stuck and stopping not moving to other areas staying in the same location. Wasn’t really worth it for me.
