[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doctor mentioned taking a fish oil supplement for heart health, among other things, at an appointment and I decided to look into it. I'm becoming more of a fan of more natural solutions and supplements. The pills are a bit large for me, but other than that, everything is good. I guess I'll have a better idea of the impact at the next check up with the doctor! But, so far - I would recommend these to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the nutritional value of these fish oil vitamins. But they were hard for me to swollow they were big for me . Also they tasted awful and left a bad taste in my mouth . If the company made some adjustments to the size and taste I would buy these as my go to vitamin but as they are now I would not take them.

After taking for a month I had no noticeable results from these fish oil pills. They are burpless, only good thing about them. They are also huge, very had to swallow. I was hoping to notice some effects from them but they simply do not work.

Don't buy if you don't like a strong fish taste. I am considerring throwing out the remaining (nearly 200) softgels.
