Also they tasted awful and left a bad taste in my mouth . If the company made some adjustments to the size and taste I would buy these as my go to vitamin but as they are now I would not take them.

I don't know how, but they did. Unlike some fish oils that have a slick shiney exterior, these pills have a kind of hazy texture on the outside. No burps and it's good for me.
