We ordered the soft mattress and what we received was an incredibly hard mattress. When it was delivered the setup men told us it was hard because it was cold and would soften in time. We didn't ask them about it, they told us just randomly. I'm definitely returning this mattress. It's terrible for anyone looking for a soft mattress.

I was waking up every day with serious back pain. I would have to lean over the bed and slowly get up to a standing position before starting my day. Throughout the day my lower back would hurt so much. After one night sleep in my tempurpedic adjustable bed I got up right out of bed and throughout the day my back was feeling good. I can walk around all day without back pain. It has been 2 full weeks, and I tell everyone to get this bed. It is AMAZING!!! I wake up every day energized, not tired, and definitely no back pain. It is truly the best purchase I have ever made. I love my bed!!!!

We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep! We had a Tempur-Pedic about 20 years ago. We had to replace it due to some unforeseen medical issues. In the last 3 years we have purchased two other mattresses (bed in a box). We have now gone back to Tempur-Pedic and will NEVER stray again. Very comfortable, truly cannot feel each other flopping in the middle of the night. We love our Tempur-Pedic!!

We've been sleeping on our new Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid for about a month now and can truly say we are enjoying our bed for once. It's nice to get up in the morning without a aching lower back or being able to sleep on your side without any pain in your shoulders. We are just hoping it will last and we can be pain free for many years to come. It's an expensive setup with the motorized frame but so far well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many bogus horrible product on the market that when you find something that is truly amazing, when you have a product that works so well you want to scream from the mountain tops and tell everybody about it which is what I've done over the past 10 years . It's simply the greatest mattress that God ever created. Please please please listen, don't even think about getting a mattress with springs go to any mattress store and tried Tempur-pedic I guarantee you you'll fall in love with it.

I was a big advocate of Tempur Pedic until now. I bought an advantage firm mattress 9 years ago. I loved it until it began to severely sag over the past year. They have a 10 year full replacement warranty. Warranty department said they will cover it but want to replace it with a medium support and if I want a firm support they will charge me $1700.00 for an upgrade. I don't want an upgrade I want firm replaced with firm. That is all I want. The difference between the mattress they approved(adapt medium) and the pro adapt firm is $800.00 retail. I offered to pay that but they refuse. They want $1700.00. This is not a warranty at all. The mattress they approved is not the most like my mattress because it is not firm. When I explain that to customer service they are very rude. So very disappointing.

I purchased the Medium Hybrid for a second home. It is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I am comfortable in any position I sleep in. I actually look forward to going to bed. No more hip pain from sleeping on my side. I am now going to purchase a TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid for my home because when I left, I missed it so much!!

I would have given this 5 stars except the top of gel pad is so slick that sheets and Tempur-Pedic's own mattress protector slide around. If Tempur-Pedic would make a mattress protector to actually fit this bed that would stay in place it would be a much better product. Tried it without Smart Climate Dual cover and it is very comfortable but gets very hot.

Now we are all spoiled, but our backs feel better.
