A little more greasy than anticipated.  Knew they had chuck and brisket but still surprised. Not as flavorful as expected.

I have never bought any ground meat except for 80% or 90% regular ground beef.  This brisket and chuck combination had more flavor than I ever could have expected.  It will be hard to by regular ground beef in the future.

Poor quality foods at Sam's

Our favorite pre-made burger patty, they are nice size, thick and flavorful. I normally stock up on them during the Spring for our camping trips in the summer. We are a family of four so one pkg makes two meals. They are our normal easy “Friday night” meal.
