I've purchased this product off & on for about a year. The last serveral times the cheese is so thin you can't separate it. The last purchase I made a few weeks ago the cheese is a melted blob & you can't separate it at all. The cheese needs to either be thicker or something different.

Crackers were way too crunchy and bland. Needed some more salt. The cheese was not good at all. It needed to be cut in smaller pieces. I’m sticking to the more processed cheese for taste purposes and the meat was just ok. Too natural for my taste buds.

These had a weird flavor to them. I normally enjoy these type of snacks easy to eat on the go, healthy, and usually taste great. However, these had a metallic chemical taste with the cheese. I tried one tossed it. Thought, it might have been me so tried a second one. Same! I tossed them.

First off let's say, I love Italian salami and mozzarella cheese. Salami however is very high fat and calories so it's not something I can eat often. I like the small portion aspect and thought it would be nice on a board with some olives and maybe some other cheese and fruit to share with friends and something good to drink. Now, the downside...the crackers are pretty blah, hard planks that I wasn't fond of. The other problem which is maybe partly my fault is that I tried to separate the thin sliced cheese while it was still cold and it was pretty much impossible to separate in nice slices. That's my first attempt, next time I'll allow it to come to room temp and I suspect it will be easier. Bottom line, this was ok as a base for other additions from my pantry and I would buy again with that in mind but it's not a stand alone snack for me.

I bought this to try and in general it is a good product. Salami and cheese were very fresh and the cracker was crisp even though it was in the refrigerator. Flavor was not strong, and the cracker is almost too hard. If this had more of a ritz style cracker it would get a 5 star. Price is an excellent value.

I used to really love these. but I bought a pack recently and the meat changed. it was thinner sliced, almost shaven. and it tasted different. these were a go to. I did not like the taste now that the meat changed. please bring back the previous meat.

The cheese wasn't sliced very well made it hard to separate.

A very tasty combination. Just the right size. Excellent quality.

Nice idea but the flavor is very bland. Not what you expect from an Italian plate.

Perfect little snack or on the go treat.
