We ordered the medium hybrid Adapt mattresses based on trying them at a store. After a month we realized for sure that we were used to and wanted a more firm mattress. The exchange process has been a challenge. Through the whole order process and exchange process we were twice charged the wrong amount. The first time has been corrected but not yet the second time. The mattresses themselves are comfortable just not firm enough for us. We had been sleeping on an original Tempur-Pedic mattress that is 14 years old and still good. The folks have been courteous and friendly. Just the process and the charging system needs work so the correct amount goes through the first time.

We've been searching for the perfect mattress. So far, this mattress is very comfortable. It took us about a week to get used to it. We are both in our 50's and it's perfect for achy joints and no movement when we get up for nighttime bathroom trips.

It's was all good at the beginning as the years went on it just start losing all it firmness it had and just sinks in so much i can not even use a pillow cause my neck will be mess up the next day .....I would not recommend this bed inless you like replacing your mattress every 2 years anything but this foam mattress are better and those are fact ...stay away

About two months prior I had bought a brand new mattress. My hips would still hurt when sleeping on my side, and my back would hurt every time I got out of bed. As soon as the TempurAdapt arrived I put it on my bed. My hips have not hurt once since then and I can get out of bed without my back aching. I have also been sleeping great at night since I don't have to roll around every time my hips start to ache! I also sweat in my sleep alot and haven't once since using this mattress. It's so comfortable and has been a life saver since I'm no longer in pain and can sleep great! I definitely recommend everyone to try out this mattress!!

We bought this bed because I wasn't getting any sleep due to hip pain in my pregnancy. All my pain went away the first night I slept in this bed. My husband loves it too!! Highly recommend if you have joint pain or just need a new comfortable bed. We love it!

At first the mattress was very hard. After a few short weeks. I now get the best sleep I have ever gotten in my entire life. I have purchased mattresses more expensive than this but have never been more satisfied in my life than the sleep I have gotten on the tempurpedic Adapt medium mattress. I purchased an adjustable frame. I hit the up button and raise the head about 2 in. there is no pressure points on you when you sleep on this mattress it is absolutely unbelievable. The best I've ever bought.

I was so excited about our new mattress! I was told it would take a few months to break in and my back to not hurt in the morning. Well it's been over six months and both my husband and I have terrible lower back pain when we get up every morning and it's getting worse! I wake up after about 6 hours of sleep because my back hurts and I can't fall back asleep. Without increasing my pain medications, I am limited to less then 8 hours of sleep on my new mattress, the whole point of getting a new mattress was to help my back pain and not need to take medication! What a waste of money we haven't even paid yet since we financed through a furniture company we are stuck paying for it and will probably have to start sleeping on our 20 year old Sealy postur-pedic again.

It's a firm mattress that does give with your body. It's a comfortable mattress. The store were we brought the mattress he said I needed to get the high profile base but I have some trouble getting in the bed because I am short. So I think the low profile would have been better for me. It's a very nice mattress.

My husband and I wake up feeling refreshed and awake. I suffer from back and shoulder pain and have not had any since waking up from sleep. It's eliminated snoring with the "Anti snore" option on the base. Great product and great company to work with. Highly recommended!!!!
