[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this bed....it has the perfect level of not too soft and not too hard. The only thing I am slightly concerned about is that it is definitely more compressed where I sleep. I'm not sure if this is because it's only a few months old and needs to settle or what? Not too worried though given that the warranty will cover a replacement if it becomes too much of a problem.

My husband loves this bed and is getting better sleep than ever before. He did not sleep well before and he says this bed has prevented him from tossing and turning as much. He prefers a more firm bed and I prefer the more plush beds. I realize this bed is supposed to be on the firmer side, but I'm having a hard time adjusting to just how firm it is-especially when I flip on my side. I toss and turn more than I expected to and when I do, it takes the bed some time to adjust to my new sleep position. I have also been getting very hot every night and have had a hard time regulating my temperature in this bed. Between my husband and I, the bed becomes a heater and we have to turn the air conditioner down to 67° or lower for a semi-comfortable sleeping temperature. I will disclose that I'm 12 weeks pregnant and that may have something to do with my experience.

At first the mattress was very hard. After a few short weeks. I now get the best sleep I have ever gotten in my entire life. I have purchased mattresses more expensive than this but have never been more satisfied in my life than the sleep I have gotten on the tempurpedic Adapt medium mattress. I purchased an adjustable frame. I hit the up button and raise the head about 2 in. there is no pressure points on you when you sleep on this mattress it is absolutely unbelievable. The best I've ever bought.

My husband and I purchased the Adapt Medium King mattress after trying several models. We previously had mid to high end conventional mattresses. We would purchase a new mattress every few years. We were also big mattress flippers, constantly trying to spin it to get a better feel. I typically would wake several times a night and rollover to get more comfortable. Additionally I had been experiencing side hip pain which caused me to wake and roll over often. I attributed this to being a middle aged runner and thought it came with the territory. I actually stopped running for a week thinking maybe it would help. Well after a few nights on our new Tempurpedic mattress I must say I was pain free. We have had our mattress for over a month. I sleep great, I am pain free, and best of all I never imagined a bed would feel so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress for a few weeks now, and it has been a total game changer! I can say the quality of my and my husband's sleep has truly increased. We selected the medium support mattress and have no regrets at all! We absolutely love it! It provides the perfect balance between semi-firm support and plush comfort, which we totally love because it truly combines the best of both worlds. We don't feel like we're laying down on a wooden plank or about to sink into a pile of cotton, the balance is simply amazing. We have also been enjoying the cool to touch technology and now I have actually been able to sleep through most of the night since I'm not tossing and turning due to heat uncomfortability. And last but not least, the pressure relief comfort layer has helped ease so much of the back pain, along with other aches and discomforts that we had been dealing with on a nightly basis. The tightness and aches that I have been experiencing! I'm been dealing with a lot of tightness, especially on my back and around my hips ( I'm 4 months postpartum), and these have definitely improved since I started sleeping on our Tempur-Pedic mattress. We highly recommend getting one and can definitely see ourselves purchasing some of these mattresses for our little ones in the future! My wife and I both love the spring support coupled with the pressure relief and movement dampening properties of the Tempur material. We have both gotten a higher quality of sleep since we've had this mattress. It's so wonderful to not feel every little movement and wake up without lower back pain.

We have had the mattress along with the adjustable base and we sleep so much better every night. Feels like every part of our body is supported and comfortable. Also love that when we get in or out of the bed, even if we change position it doesn't disrupt the others sleep.

My prior non-Tempurpedic bed was almost 20 years old (the bed was finally sagging and causing pain in my hips and lower back), so I decided to purchase a Tempurpedic Adapt because of all the great reviews. The bed was extremely uncomfortable when I purchased it - like sleeping on the floor. Never realized foam could be so solid. I spent a lot of time in my recliner those first couple of months, which should have been an indication to return the bed. Even though it would have cost me. I thought to wait it out and it would get better. The bed has helped alleviate my hip pain, but I almost never sleep more than 4-5 hours straight any more cause of the pain in my upper back, shoulders, and neck. The only bed I have slept on that I have never been able to 'sleep in'. Additionally, I find it difficult to roll over and will wake up before rolling over. The bed is well made - it's not a cheaply made foam mattress. Just wish it was comfortable. I know that I could have Spent More Money on an upgraded model that may or may not have been softer. Or I could have paid less for a quality pillowtop (inner spring) from a reputable brand. This bed will soon be going to the guest bedroom - nobody will want to stay very long.

This brand is expensive and advertises as top quality. This mattress has no cooling feature though is supposed to, and is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I feel I got something that should have been rejected if tested for quality. Do not spend your money. Buy something reasonably priced from any brand.

It was more than time for a new mattress. We went to our local dealer and tried some different models. As soon as we laid on the temper adapt we looked at each other and new tempur was the one. Big difference over the traditional box spring mattresses. We just had to decide which one. The adapt medium was the most comfortable for both of us. Even though we liked the pro adapt firm. Just couldn't spend that much. We slept on it for a week while I researched a new foundation. Decided to get the low profile Tempur foundation. The mattress was good but when we added the proper foundation it made a big difference! We don't wake up with sore stiff backs anymore. Been sleeping on it for a month now. Don't regret our decision.
