The Tempur-Adapt has been excellent all-around: perfect in comfort level for me, allowing me to get to sleep more quickly and comfortably, and waking up more rested, and without my back pain that I had with my old mattress. I had been concerned about hybrid mattresses and the 'sinking in' sensation, but that was unfounded. Yes, you do get enveloped by the foam a little, more like hugged, and just to the right degree. Super comfortable! And super supportive. Firm yet not! Love it! Also love the settings and the well designed remote control, easy to learn how to use in the dark. Love the (programmable) snore setting, which has eliminated my snoring, and, I believe, also helped my sleep apnea. I just wish the price was more affordable; I would love to give as a gift!

My Dr. recommended a Tempur-pedic as I've had back successful surgery in the past. This mattress molds to your body. We bought the 'Medium' after trying it in the store along with trying the 'Soft'. It's been almost 2 months and my opinion is this mattress is still a little stiff. We were told to give it a 'few weeks'. We do believe we chose the right mattress for us. Wish we could have afforded the newer model that's supposed to be 'cooler', as we live in Florida year round.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress for a few weeks now, and it has been a total game changer! I can say the quality of my and my husband's sleep has truly increased. We selected the medium support mattress and have no regrets at all! We absolutely love it! It provides the perfect balance between semi-firm support and plush comfort, which we totally love because it truly combines the best of both worlds. We don't feel like we're laying down on a wooden plank or about to sink into a pile of cotton, the balance is simply amazing. We have also been enjoying the cool to touch technology and now I have actually been able to sleep through most of the night since I'm not tossing and turning due to heat uncomfortability. And last but not least, the pressure relief comfort layer has helped ease so much of the back pain, along with other aches and discomforts that we had been dealing with on a nightly basis. The tightness and aches that I have been experiencing! I'm been dealing with a lot of tightness, especially on my back and around my hips ( I'm 4 months postpartum), and these have definitely improved since I started sleeping on our Tempur-Pedic mattress. We highly recommend getting one and can definitely see ourselves purchasing some of these mattresses for our little ones in the future! I had to replace my old mattress as I could never get comfortable and never slept well through the night. I went to many stores and tried out so many beds. This mattress was by far the most comfortable to me and my aches and pain. I have a bad neck, shoulders, back, and hips. I was worried to spend so much on a bed, but took a leap of faith and I'm so glad I did. I sleep so well despite all my aches and pains because the mattress conforms to me. I definitely thought at first that it was not the right bed for me, but after a week, it seemed to break it and it's been perfect sense! I owe my better sleep to Tempurpedic!

We thought this bed was a great buy and were excited to have it however I soon realized I was getting too warm when I wake up and need to move to a cooler place on the mattress. It was like the heat gets trapped. My husband on the other hand really enjoyed it at first but the longer we have had it, the more achy he has become and frequently has been waking up. We are both side sleepers and we think we need a softer bed also. This hybrid having 1/2 spring facilitates love making better than 100% foam but due to the aches and heat, we are considering a trade in for a traditional spring mattress.

My wife and I have owned this mattress for almost 3 weeks. Both my wife and I have stated that we are unable to go back to a flat bed alone. We also purchased the adjustable base and the zero gravity setting is wonderful. This is the best bed and mattress we have ever purchased. My wife and I love this bed and would absolutely purchase this again.

Went in to get a store brand Hybrid King, and ended buying a Tempur-Adapt Hybrid, I'm 76 and she is 85, I use to wake up with back pain and sleep four to five hours per night, it took a while to get use to it, but I am sleeping seven hours of a good sound sleep, My wife Love's it, she looks forward going to bed early and reading.

I purchased the pro-adapt (medium) and love it! I wish it wasn't so expensive so I could have purchased it sooner... but it was worth the wait! I sleep better, get a deeper sleep, don't wake up tossing and turning to get comfortable. I've looked at my Fitbit for sleep patterns & see where my deep sleep & REM are for longer periods! I wake up feeling rested & refreshed! I currently have regular flannel sheets on the mattress which keep sliding up on one side & bulging in the middle besides making me too hot, so I will be purchasing different sheets that actually fit the mattress better. I also purchased the adjustable base (ergo) and love that too! I purchased that 1st while I was paying off the mattress so I used it with my old mattress for about 6-7 months. Since having them both now, I incline the head every night (more than before) to help with my snoring. And now laying flat on a bed feels weird. Adjusting it several degrees feels comfortable but not so inclined you can't sleep comfortably. I haven't adjusted it to watch TV in bed, however there is a button to make the adjustment. It also has a vibrator (3 settings) for the back, which I've used and enjoy when my back hurts. All in all, both the mattress & adjustable base are definitely worth the money... and as I say, it's an investment in yourself and quality sleep!
