I have chronic pain from an accident I was in and this mattress hugs my body in the right places while I sleep. I no longer wake up feeling extra stiff.

Having slept for a year on a bed in a box foam and inner spring mattress and it being much too firm, we exchanged it for the Beautyrest Black Series 3 Medium, no pillow top, just tight top. We have slept so well and comfortably since the first night. Great decision! It’s also easy to change positions at night and I do flip from side to side often. I also find the 17” mattress we had was too thick and too heavy to change sheets or get into bed as I am short. So happy with the new mattress, highly recommend it!

It’s like a temperpedic style topper , that can contort to your body . This is great as you don’t disturb your partner when you move . Very comfortable and one of the best bed’s I’ve ever owned . From a functionality perspective, it is very comfortable as a pillow top medium. I don't feel like I'm sinking but it doesn't feel stiff either. My back feels great after a full night's sleep! I also don't feel as hot as I did with my old mattress. The material feels high quality.

I have scoliosis, and my husband has shoulder issues from a motorcycle accident as a kid, so it's important we have a supportive mattress. But let me tell you, I had no idea a mattress could be THIS supportive. I don't know if it's the Surface Touch Gel Memory Foam, the Self Response Latex, or the 2K Nano Coils, but when you lay down you can immediately feel this mattress conform to envelop every part of your body like a cloud. There are no uncomfortable pressure points, I don't wake up with numb spots anymore, and so sleep so soundly and wake up without pain! One of my other favorite aspects is the motion separation! Hubby is a flopper, and it use to wake me up constantly, but now he can flip flop to his heart (or shoulders) content, and I barely even feel it! I also appreciate the attention that was taken to control temperature with the Sleep Climate Technology and Micro Diamond memory foam! As a gal who is right about the age where hot flashes may soon become a concern, this is a super important feature to me! It's a little taller than I was expecting, and since our bed is already kind of high, I will probably grab a low profile foundation at some point to lower it to a perfect height. But it's still manageable as is, and my sheets still fit! I really couldn't be happier with it though! I tend to sleep on my sides, or back, and it's perfect for either position! I always feel perfectly supported, and even after a couple of weeks of sleeping on it, I still drift off to sleep each night thinking about how amazing it feels!

I have slept on a Beautyrest for the last 10 years and loved it. I just got the Beautyrest Black series 2 to replace that one and I am so excited to sleep on it. The mattress itself is very luxurious and high quality. I have not slept on it yet, but laying on it in the store and when they delivered it, I know this mattress is perfect. It is firm and yet soft and I am looking forward to testing the cooling technology in this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beautyrest black medium pillow top is sturdy and well made, you can tell right away, and has a cooling sensation to the touch, although it is medium, it is perfectly firm and supportive, i am a side and back sleeper and the mattress supports both very well, this mattress has been the best i have slept on for a while and i highly recommend it

I was apprehensive when it was delivered and I first laid on it because I was used to a 4” memory foam topper on my hybrid mattress. It felt very firm to me. First night I slightly elevated my head and knees with adjustable base and slept very well. No hip aches or shoulder pain. Very happy so far with this BeautyRest Black Series One!
