Overall a great product. It automatically maps out your home and is user friendly. The app is easy to navigate and setting a schedule will allow you to have clean floors with absolutely no effort at all. Once it’s set, you can forget about it and let it do it’s thing.

Dustin is our 5th robovac and by far the best so far. The mapping and sensors are great and make the unit way more efficient. We are vacuuming most of our main floor which is 2000 sq ft or so, it vacuums the area on one charge and is usually done in around 90 minutes. The self emptying feature is our first unit with this functionality and is a nice feature.

I'm really enjoying my new Dustin robot vacuum. It's so much more efficient than my old analog robot vacuum (specifically, ecovacs deebot m80 pro). The slam lidar mapping is really cool, and it's great that the robot is always comparing its map to the live environment. It really reacts well to the environment. My old analog robot would run for over an hour and not even cover the whole place. Dustin runs my apartment in under 20 minutes every time. I'm really impressed with the self-emptying feature too. It's so convenient not to have to empty the dustbin every day. This robot vacuum is a huge QoL improvement. Thanks for making such a great product! Oh, and the IoT connectivity is even better. Dustin gets to work when I leave home :)

He is our first bot vac and didn’t know what to expect. We got him at a great price too. We had him map our house the first day, and he has been working every 2-3 days ever since. Love the self emptying feature. We are older and are pleasantly surprised how much he helps us keep the floors clean. Only wish he had a sibling to dust the furniture, we would definitely add his sibling to our “family”.

I bought the Dustin robot vacuum about six weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations. Dustin has more suction power than I expected and always leaves the carpet looking freshly vacuumed. I have a long-haired cat and Dustin does a great job of picking up her fur! Dustin makes it easy to vacuum under tables, beds, ect. without the need to move anything.....a lazy person's dream! Finally, Dustin is quiet......it does not frighten my cat. In fact, Dustin is so quiet that one one occasion, I started Dustin and then fell asleep on the living room couch. I woke up about an hour later and Dustin had finished vacuuming that floor of my house, including the living room, without waking me up. Dustin is the best purchase that I've made in a very long time!

I purchased this on a whim because of the reviews on here. It was really difficult to find reviews that were not paid on other sites and there's limited resources on YouTube giving info on this as well. My only complaint for this was trying to get it hooked up to WiFi, if you're not connected to 2.4ghz internet then it's not compatible. After about an hour speaking with my internet company I was able to finally get Dustin up and running. The performance of the robot is good. I like the app a lot and how the map color codes the different rooms. I can actually tell where my furniture and things are on the map so I know areas I need to block off. I do not plan on using the mop component. Also, Bobsweep should make it easier to buy replacement bags on sites like Amazon. I ordered some that I think are compatible, we shall see.

I bought a different house with mostly solid surface floors and some carpeting. Thought I'd try the bot since I needed to invest in a new vacuum anyway. So far I really like it. Easy to set up and can connect to my Google home for voice commands. The sweeper side brush did fall off a couple times but the manual explained how to tighten it. I love that it takes care of my hard floor, throw rugs and carpets and even gets under my bed. I am very happy with it after just a couple months.

I bought this bOb- Dustin on sale at Sam's club, I am very happy with the way he cleans. My wood and Laminate floors have never stayed so clean. I have him clean in the evening in case there is a problem, but there have been no issues. The sales price was wonderful.

I bought Dustin about a month ago and couldn't be happier. I can't believe the amount of engineering, capability and quality that they packed into this robotic for MUCH less than the more well known brands. It cleans well. It maps the house as it goes and if it runs out of battery before finishing, it goes "home" to charge and then goes back out to finish the job automatically. We have two long-haired dogs and it does a great job cleaning up after them - and us! You won't be disappointed.

Bought "bob" as we call it in February and have never been so happy with a vacuum cleaner. Bob replaces a Shark that we had for a few years and is a much better cleaner and never gets caught on a rug or cord like the shark did. The ability to map the rooms and program the days and times Bob cleans is much appreciated. Also, the self-emptying feature is a wonderful thing for people like us that travel a lot. Bob does his thing and we don't have to be there to empty the bin, love it. Actually, already sold/ referral two of these to my neighbor and my sister after they saw it work. Be happy! Get yourself a bob.
