Since “Dustin” has moved in, life has been made simpler in our crazy house. We no longer have to worry, hurry or figure out a time to clean the floors. Dustin does it for us and doesn’t give us attitude or a hard time like our teenage daughter. We look forward to many years with Dustin.

I bought this on sale with low expectations in July 2024. I have two kids and two dogs, and I don't know how I lived before having this robot! It cleans the floors noticeably well. I have not used the mopping function yet, but VERY happy with the product. I use it about 2-3 times per week.

I ordered Dustin on July 5th 2024. We have ran it three times. This little guy we call Robbie is unreal it picks up dirt set on medium with no problem. The great part it doesn't even hurt my 79 year old back Lol. I would recommend this Robo vac to any one.

After a year of owning our Dustin I can say with confidence that he is part of the family in a way I didn't anticipate. But with a toddler, an infant, an old-man-16-pound-very-fluffy cat, a 72-pound Golden Retriever, and two adults - there's so much hair shedding, debris, footprints, etc. that I don't know how I kept the floors remotely clean prior to his arrival. Here's a breakdown of why I give Dustin five stars and why, if given the choice again, I would choose to buy Dustin again and again! - Low noise: I've only ever owned one other robot vacuum (different brand) before Dustin and it was very loud, the little humans and animals were very scared of it. Everyone is happy with Dustin's "inside" voice. - Self-emptying: I have asthma and a severe dust mite allergy - the self-emptying feature is a huge win! And the bag that collects the debris is contactless and closes itself off as it's removed from it's compartment. I LOVE that I don't have to worry about the bag for 100 days. Refills are a good price and my health is worth not having to risk an asthma flair up. And, if you want/need to empty the bin manually, you can do so as well. - Coverage: It has no problem switching from bare floors to carpet, moves around the kids toys and furniture with ease. I love the BobSweep App's NoSweep Area so I can have it steer clear of the kitty litter box. My house is 1400 sq ft and he has no problem doing the whole house in about 1hr. - Cleaning Performance: Being a robot vacuum, I'm impressed with just how clean my floors feel - I can walk barefoot without feeling grit and sand constantly under my feet and I barely see any doggo tumbleweeds rolling around the house anymore - this is with a daily or every-other-day Dustin run. - Mop: I don't like mopping, but I know who will do it for me - Dustin! Sure, there's a bit of work involved on my end, I have to add water to the canister (I wish there was a little floaty device in there so I can see when it's getting full) and attach the mop pad, but other than that, he's good to go! - Maintenance & Upkeep: I would love nothing more than to have a vacuum I could put on the c - harging dock and never have to do anything to keep it running. Alas, I don't know if that exists. That said, Dustin's main brush does get tons of hair wrapped up in there - luckily it is easy enough to clean with the maintenance accessories. And, I recently had the unfortunate occurrence of Dustin running through some animal poo and I was able to find a video on the BobSweep website that helped instruct me on how to open my specific vacuum so I could get it properly cleaned out and back to running 100%. - Wifi: Very easily connects to Wifi with the app and very straightforward to use! - Customer Service/Warranty: AMAZING!! I recently had challenges with connecting the vacuum to WiFi and because I was dreading the whole process of the unknown with reaching out to customer service I put it off for a month. Finally I reached out via email and I was pleasantly surprised that I was assigned a rep who stayed in touch with me throughout the process, explained what to expect, answered all my questions and kept me updated with my Dustin's repair status after I mailed him away. Edgar even checked back in a few days after Dustin returned home to see how he was connecting to Wifi and how he was performing. The BobSweep team even sent a few goodies back with Dustin and cleaned him up. The 2-year warranty and customer service can't be beat. I also really appreciated that BobSweep wanted to repair Dustin rather than replace him and contribute to waste. Now when I have any questions, I don't hesitate to reach out, because I know I'm going to be taken care of in a timely manner. While this may have been a lot to read through - I hope this helps seal the deal if you are on the fence about getting Dustin; he's worth it!

The Dustin Robot does an excellent job of mapping and sweeping all of the house in a methodical manner. Having perfect vacuum lines with a robot vacuum is a dream. In addition, I’m extremely pleased with the lack of “aggression” from this vacuum. My past robot vacuum would slam into baseboards, doors, and furniture. The only concern I have had with the Dustin robot is that it occasionally gets stuck. However, you can pull up the map to find its exact location. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the Dustin vacuum.

I bought two of these at a great price. I've nicknamed mine "Bob" and he's great at vacuuming and very thorough. It's very quiet except when it empties (which I've heard is common so it's not an issue). I also bought one for my son and daughter-in-law who think it's great ~ their cat enjoys it, too.

It sounds silly but Dustin really seems like part of the family! The kiddos pick up the house much faster when they know that Dustin is about to wake up and they love checking on him as he vacuums. He stays on top of the dog hair we have in our home SO well and has already saved me hours of time in the short time we’ve had him! Between that and having lines across the carpet in my room every day I’m genuinely thrilled at his addition to our family!

Absolutely incredible vacuum! I leave my house and come home to the pretty, straight lines on the carpet just like I vacuumed with a Dyson (but for a fraction of the price, and zero work!) The app is phenomenal. Just go ahead and get it, you won’t regret it!

Love my Dustin ! I set it up and ran him right away and love the silence but I must say it loud when it self empties ! But it empties by itself which a great feature to have since I work from home and in the basement .So I can have it running while I’m working and not have to worry about it ! Haven’t tried the mop art yet but will review when I do! Love dustin

I like that Dustin maps the house & knows where it's been & doesn't just wander around like my old vac. Also good to be able to set 'no vac or mop' zones instead of blocking stairways. Mopping function is better than no mopping at all but didn't clean up where the coffee was dripped. Overall decent vac, which is what I use it for mostly.
