Absolutely love this little machine. The features are great: 1. love how you can edit each room by blocking an area off (I blocked my couches so he wouldn't go under and get stuck 2. love how you can schedule each room at different times 3. Really love how well it cleans!!!! 4. Love how easy it was to learn how to edit...great video on youtube if you need to watch Overall, I can't wait for it to go on sale again so I can buy for our summer home.

I bought several Dustin’s for our new house to help clean up the constant dog hair. We have one in the living area, primary bedroom, and downstairs. It truly is an amazing addition to our home. I love that is self cleans the vacuum into the base and the easy to change bag closes automatically when you pull it out.

I absolutely love my Dustin by Bob-sweep robot vacuum! We actually bought two, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. We have children, dogs and cats and my home has never been cleaner! I love that I can tap my phone to set Dustin to vacuum while I am working on other things. My only regret is not buying them sooner!

We are very happy with our purchase of Dustin. Dustin quickly mapped the bottom floor of our house. My wife and I like the feature of being able to zone out certain areas of the house. Like our cat bowls, our bathroom with small carpets, and around our recliners. It does a great job of vacuuming our house. It’s very smart. Once it’s done he heads back to the home base. We had an I robot for a few years. Dustin does a better job, hands down.

We have really enjoyed "Dustin" so far. It was really easy to set up and the instructions were pretty clear and intuitive with the App. It does a good job of covering ground and learning the footprint of our home. The only downside is that it doesn't recognize when it is about to get trapped under a couch or recliner so I have to draw where it shouldn't sweep in the future. ANother thing we noticed recently when opening the larger bag on the docking device is that there isn't as much dirt/dust/hair/etc than when we used a traditional vacuum. So we are suspecting that it may not be getting as much as a vacuum. We recently increased the strength and will see what happens. We are still trying to learn the "Maps" section as well and how it actually functions. Overall, we are really happy with the purchase and the device.

I have had 'Dusty' (coincidently the name of my first childhood pet) for about a month. I love the fact that twice a week I come home and the whole house has been vacuumed (3,000 feet). It took a few mapping adventures to keep him out of places where he got stuck, but once I figured out how to use the mobile app it's been great!

I bought this a few weeks ago because it was on sale and so far, it has been such an amazing purchase. It works so well never gets stuck or lost. We have three young kids that make a mess every day, so I turn it on using my phone/app during the day while everyone is at work and school and its the best. Love coming home to clean floors!

Absolutely love Dustin, I let him do his thing every day. The instructions are a bit vague about the HEPA filter and where it is located, but tech support was quick to respond. With two large dogs, my wife and I all losing our hair, Dustin sucks, but in a good way. I have only used the mop feature one time and it could use some improvements, but I mainly got it for carpeted floors. It does get hung up occasionally on loose area rugs with long strands and the ramp legs of my lazy boy recliner, but he stops and waits for me to free him then returns where he left off. He reminds me of a child, you know when he gets quiet, something must be wrong, be he is quiet to begin with. I can be on a call and nobody can hear him vacuum under my chair. Things the I wish the app would do would be to have a vacation mode to easily disable his schedules. The map adjustments could use some tweaking also to make it more user-friendly dividing up rooms.

I bought Dustin in February and it was great. He does the vacuum and mopping very well. Takes a bit to understand how to use the app but once you get it, the robot is totally controllable by the phone. It is intended to be connected to Alexa but I still haven’t got it yet. He is a bit noisy, specially when it comes back to the charger. The vacuum system always gives us a scare. Overall speaking, I definitely recommend it.

Works really well after I figured out how to run it. Really pretty simple. I did text tech support on a couple of questions and they got back to me very quickly. It's now doing what it's susposed to do for the past week and a half without any hickups. Haven't needed to use the mop option yet so I can't give any feedback on that. Otherwise we are very pleased with the Dustin. I would recommend it. We did purchase it when Sam's had it on sale which was another bonus.
