DustinBot saves us the time vacuumming every night before bed. The map is great and tracks progress throughout the house. Wife love the Mop function. The solution tank seems small, but covers a lot of the square footage around the house... More than you think. It is nice to walk around with bare feet and not pick up any loose dust. Definitely recommend!!!!

PERFORMANCE This thing works and it works well. By default it's set to an eco mode, which I didn't realize because pretty much 99% of my house was spotless when it was done (not counting unreachable areas). I did end up increasing to medium power, since I own a dog that sheds a lot, which has been working perfectly. The high-power mode is obviously a little better, but it's very loud so in my opinion, not worth the trade-off. PHONE APP The phone app has a ton of features. The robot maps out a very basic layout of your house which you can modify by sectioning off rooms, creating no-sweep/no-mop areas, etc. It's actually weirdly fun to fiddle around with these options, and I was quite surprised to see how accurate the map of my apartment turned out to be. You also get a live view of where the robot is on the map when it's cleaning, so if an error code pops up or it does get stuck somewhere you can easily find it. It's also just cool to watch the vacuum do its thing and then see it's position on the map; I followed it around and easily mapped out the different rooms/areas in my apartment this way. While I do love the app and all the features it provides, it's a little finicky as an actual app. I have the Android version and it's frozen up/crashed a couple of times. But when it works it really does works, the UI is intuitive and it always does communicate my commands to the robot immediately. Still, I hope the app devs iron out the links so it runs better. My partner has the iPhone app and it seems to have the same issues but so far we've mainly used my phone for all of this so I can't really say for sure. MOP ATTACHMENT/PERFORMANCE The mop function is...good. Not as fantastic as the vacuum, but still good. I find that the eco mode for the mop is too weak for my hardwood floors, it leaves some streaks on this setting, but it is great on medium (though some circular streaks are inevitable). Just like with the vacuum, the high-power setting is just too loud, and not that much better performance-wise than simply keeping it on medium. I dislike filling the water chamber with water, it has a very small hole and it's difficult to tell when it's filled to the max, so I always end up overfilling it slightly which is annoying. I wish the chamber were clear-colored to make it more obvious (I also wish the fill hole wasn't like a half-inch wide max in diameter). But the capacity of the very small water tank manages to work for my whole house without issue which is great, I appreciate never having to get up and refill it. The mop pad is easy to clean and the mop attachment comes on and off with a simple click/pull. CONCLUSION This little machine has really dramatically improved my life. It can't do everything of course but it can do much much more than I expected to, and now it only takes me a couple of minutes a day to clean the areas that it can't get to. Highly, highly recommend this thing, one of the best purchases I've ever made.

I absolutely love my Dustin Robots! I actually bought two from Sam’s Club, one for our downstairs, and one for our upstairs. Both of our Dustin’s are amazing! We have children, dogs, and cats, and our Dustin’s pick up so much hair and debris, I have been amazed at how clean our floors stay now! I love that the Dustin’s can be vacuuming while I am doing other things. Another thing I love about the Dustin Robot is how easy it is to clean the unit. Once a week, I quickly wipe it down with a damp cloth and it’s good to go again. I also really appreciate that I can control both Dustin’s with the app on my phone. I can send them both to clean certain rooms or the entire floor with a simple touch of my finger. In our house we have tile, wood, and throw rugs, and our Dustin’s navigate from the different types of flooring without any difficulties. As a busy Mom of 11, they have definitely made my life easier. My only regret is not buying them sooner!

I love our 'Dusty' as we call him. He works beautifully on both our tiles and rugs. He swept and mapped our entire house in a little over 2 hours. Now I can program when and what he sweeps on my phone app. I haven't tried his mopping yet but love watching him work so I don't have to !

I bought this in July, and I have been amazed with how smart this vacuum is and the flexibility with scheduling, room labeling and creating no sweep zones. The Wi-Fi module went bad after about a month, but customer service sent us a whole new unit immediately. Now that is great service!

I recently ordered Dustin, and I am really happy with it. I actually have had two other popular brand of robots in the past, and gave them away after I bought Dustin. I can’t wait to try the mop feature since all my floors are hardwood. I have two cats that like to leave little hairs around and Dustin tackles them with ease. The map feature is very cool too!

We have had Dustin for about six months and have learned what he does well Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without problems If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment.

I bought this on sale with low expectations in July 2024. I have two kids and two dogs, and I don't know how I lived before having this robot! It cleans the floors noticeably well. I have not used the mopping function yet, but VERY happy with the product. I use it about 2-3 times per week.

I replaced Eufy with Dustin for half the price and similar features. It vacuums both floor and carpet seamless. App is simple and user friendly. Did not loose WiFi connection either. Mapping function works great. No Mopping zone function works amazingly, which did not work with my previous one. Very powerful suction. Self emptying function is life saving. It is very smart. So far, very happy customer

We are loving our Dustin vacuum! We have yet to try the mop feature, but so far the program is very easy to understand. He runs every night at bedtime and stays on track becoming increasingly more efficient each time he cleans it seems. It has taken an hour off household chores of sweeping allowing us to use that time elsewhere needed. He isn't very loud unless he is emptying after a clean. The additional features allowed in the program make sure that he doesn't go into any rooms unwanted and keeps him from getting stuck under cabinets etc. We couldn't be happier with him.
