Works very well. Haven’t tried the mopping method yet but very happy with the vacuum. It’s quieter than expected. Having a dog in the house causes a lot of pet hair but this vacuum has no problems with it. Would definitely buy again

We purchased Dustin about 6 weeks ago and run it once a week. We have been very happy with it. It rarely gets stuck and even goes through the legs of our bar stools and dining room table.

We're happy with our first ever vacuum, the set up was easy and the app is great. So far is been cleaning without any issues, recognizes objects and carpets quickly and the self emptying feature is amazing.

I am in love with Dustin! Where has he been all my life? Makes keeping my floors a breeze and saves wear and tear on my back. I should have bought one years ago. Don't know how I did it before I got him. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

Love our Dustin so far! It’s maps well and runs for a long time before it needs a charge. It sometimes stops on our rug which is low pile but that’s not a huge deal. It’s really helped keep the dog hair and kid crumbs manageable.

The robot has been great in helping keep our house clean. The bigger wheels allow it to get to places that another robot was not able to and the kids now have to clean up before the robot comes!

LOVE DUSTIN! We got him for daily cleaning in between "big" cleaning days... We have a golden retriever and two kids and there is always hair and crumbs. Dustin picks it all up like a champ. Highly recommend!

This is my second robot vacuum and by far the best one yet. It follows the floor map and never misses a spot. It self empties the bin and it can mop my floor. Can't beat Dustin!

Just moved to a new house and thought to get this robot vaccuum to help with the cleaning. After couple days of using it, it pulled out whole strands of carpet and ruined it. Customer service told me to return it for a refund!!!

We are very pleased with Dustin. We named her Bessie Lou. She performs her assigned duties on time every time. I would highly recommend Dustin to everyone!!!
