So far this vacuum has been doing great. It picks up way more than my previous vacuum, so much that the self empty got stuck. Now that it has been in use for a couple of weeks, no issues with the self empty feature and still picking up a lot of dog hair.

This vacuum is a game changer. Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. On occasion when there is heavy traffic I will pause the vacuum and empty the bin manually then restart it to finish. I am not sure that is necessary but I am a clean freak and it makes me happy. So far so good. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort. I like the phone app and the controls it offers. The enhanced map within the app is nice and allows you to follow the vacuum's progress. I enjoy the quick clean and scheduling options. History is available for review. "This Dustin" is what we named it and our bobsweep is always ready to clean. My cons are that it only came with 1 disposable dust bag and when it does empty the dustbin the noise level is loud.

We've had our Dustin model for several months and overall are very pleased. The excellent sale price was a major factor in our purchase. We have both rugs & hardwood floors but Dustin easily navigates them, though occasionally does get stuck under bookshelves or table legs. it does a really good job and the ability to identify & restrict 'no go' zones is a definite plus. It is very quiet compared to other robot vacuums we have used in the past, and its self-emptying ability and larger than most dust bag is a deal maker. Though we are still getting familiar with the application and all the programmable options, like mopping, we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it.

We have had Dustin for about a month and so far we are happy with it. It did a good job of mapping the house and seems to get in all the hard to get at spots. Covering the floors in one direction and then perpendicular to it makes for a very through cleaning. After having to create a couple of 'no-go' areas Dustin does exactly what he is supposed to. We have both carpet and hard floors but it does a great job on each.

Love this vacuum, love that it maps the house so accurately. I didn't give it 5 stars (but a solid 4.5) just bc it seems to get full, but doesn't go back to the unit to get cleaned out unless you tell it to. (or I haven't figured out how to set it to do it automatically)

Dustin (this robovacuum’s name) is doing great in our home. I like how we can customize his cleaning schedule, vacuum power, vacuum/mop combo along with area designations to where he should be cleaning and at what times. Our floors haven’t looked this clean consistently ever! The self-vacuum part is really loud and it would be nice if that part was quieter somehow. This is our first one ever and we’ve been loving it overall. It’s a great feeling when something else is doing the cleaning!

I love our 'Dusty' as we call him. He works beautifully on both our tiles and rugs. He swept and mapped our entire house in a little over 2 hours. Now I can program when and what he sweeps on my phone app. I haven't tried his mopping yet but love watching him work so I don't have to !

I purchased this on a whim because of the reviews on here. It was really difficult to find reviews that were not paid on other sites and there's limited resources on YouTube giving info on this as well. My only complaint for this was trying to get it hooked up to WiFi, if you're not connected to 2.4ghz internet then it's not compatible. After about an hour speaking with my internet company I was able to finally get Dustin up and running. The performance of the robot is good. I like the app a lot and how the map color codes the different rooms. I can actually tell where my furniture and things are on the map so I know areas I need to block off. I do not plan on using the mop component. Also, Bobsweep should make it easier to buy replacement bags on sites like Amazon. I ordered some that I think are compatible, we shall see.
