I have used this robotic vacuum, Dustin, for about 2 months. I am very pleased with its coverage. It cleans very well. The corners are cleaned as well. I have to make sure little wires are picked up or the brush gets popped off. Once I cleared those, the sweeping occurs without any issues. I schedule it two days a week. It has enough power to climb over throw rugs - so I pick those up to make sure it has no issue. I wish I had one years ago. Great product and am well pleased with it.

We have had Dustin (renamed Azul; we purchased the blue one) for about three weeks. We haven't set a schedule yet, but the app is easy to navigate, and it's easy to just hit "Go." Loving Dustin! It's quiet, and it does a great job cleaning up the dog's hair. We had another robotic vacuum, which was much louder and didn't work well either. I hope this lasts! When I pulled it out of the box, my son exclaimed WOW!! That's the nicest vacuum I've ever seen! Cannot beat the deal with Sam's.

We purchased Dustin on July 4th, 2024. We are extremely happy with our Dustin. Dustin was easy to set-up and connect to the Internet and map out our home. Dustin vaccums and mops the floor without difficulty and does a great job. We are extremely satisfied with this product. We have recommended Dustin to our friends and neighbors.

I'm very impressed with Dustin so far. I purchased my first robot vacuum over 12 years ago iRobot and it’s still going. I have since purchased two more that I have actually returned because I didn’t like how they swept or mopped and kept getting stuck on everything. So far Dustin has only got stuck one time and it wasn’t that big of a deal and just keeps going. I like that has a zone map where you can pick where you would like to go and deciphered where you would like it to mop and stop mopping. I have not tried the mopping section yet. I need to do that but so far I’m very impressed with it and I also like how it makes the straight lines instead of bouncing all over the place, and gets done in an efficient amount of time. The only reason for not 5 stars is because that I had no idea you had to purchase vacuum bags for the docking station

Dustin has been a huge help! As a busy single mom and teacher, I rarely have time or energy at the end of the day to clean. Thank goodness for Dustin. I have him (we have dubbed the Robot a “him”) scheduled to vacuum after everyone has gone to sleep for the night. When we wake up, the crumbs have been cleaned up and my house is clean — at least, my floors are. He was a wonderful addition to the family!

I’ve owned another brand robot sweeper and this bObsweep is the best! It quickly learns any room and cleans it with precision every time. I love that it remembers its location, even if it gets bumped or is stopped during its cycle. I only with it could climb stairs and clean my grandson’s room. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

Great product all around. Very powerful and yet quiet. Was used to my old robot vacuum that used IR and bumping into everything to get around. The Lidar mapping is great. Did one pass of the room and now can navigate around every obstacle. Tried the no mop/no vacuum feature on the app, which is a huge plus. And, I used it everyday and still haven't had to empty it. Would definitely recommend!

I was initially skeptical about purchasing a robot vacuum, but after careful consideration, we finally chose Dustin by bObSweep. Setting up this vacuum was straightforward: unboxing was easy, with only a few parts to attach. Find a good spot for the unit, let it charge, and head over to bObsweep’s YouTube channel for some helpful videos. Once charged, I pressed “Go,” and Dustin began mapping our home. The mapping function is impressive, and the app allows you to label, divide, combine, and create no-sweep areas. While some reviews mention mapping or sweeping issues, we haven’t encountered any problems. Ensure your Wi-Fi router has dual bandwidth capability; otherwise, you won’t be able to control it. If not, mini plug-in units are available to convert a 5GHz signal to a 2.4GHz one, commonly needed for wireless cameras. Dustin is worth it! A minor con is the noise from the self-emptying unit when it docks. It can be startling, especially if it’s near a sleeping area. The noise lasts less than 5 seconds but can wake you if Dustin operates on a schedule. Overall, we’re extremely pleased. We haven’t tried the mopping function and likely never will, so I can’t comment on that. However, we wholeheartedly recommend this product.

I love Dustin! This machine was so easy to set up, map and use. Dustin actually mapped the house out by himself. I said the time of day I wanted it to go off and then left Dustin alone. What a great vacuum he is!! every day my floors look fabulous.!!!! This machine is so worth the purchase

I love my Dustin - I have 3 dogs and luckily I'm able to maintain the tumbleweeds of fur! Customer service is friendly and responds promptly. I love the option to map out the house and be able to close out areas that doesn't need the vacuuming. The mop option is also nice - have only used it in a small area so far. Would highly recommend for those that have furbabies or want to just have a little assistance with the vacuuming and mopping!
