I have never had a problem with these before. They taste fantastic, especially for risotto or spaghetti. My issue is the average weight is supposed to be around 3.5lbs. I had a recipe needed 2lbs. How is it my total package was 36ozs. We still put some aside for another night, but shorted the recipe i was making. I would be fine if it was only 3lbs, but to get just a little over 2lbs for the whole package completely shocked me.

Sausage is great for a quick lunch. Grill a half dozen and eat throughout the week. Taste good and sweet. I enjoy them with a little mustard.

These are one of my favorite sausages but it would be nice to find one that had no carbs in them and less sugar.

tHIS SAUSAGE IS EXCELLENT, I WAS SAD THAT MY PREVIOUS BRAND(GIANELLI) WAS NO LONGER CARRIED, BUT AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS BRAND.

We love sausage and peppers! This feeds a family of five for two meals, sometimes three if choped up and put over rice.
