I didn’t not realize these were “sweet” sausages. I have never had them. I typically get mild Italian sausage. There was a weird aftertaste that I wasn’t expecting, almost as if the flavor was off. They weren’t bad, but I probably wouldn’t purchase again.

It's Premio, which makes good sausage. Just the right texture, fat, and fennel.
