I love the vacuum but I accidentally dropped it on day one and the roller brush head broke. I have tried to find where I can order a replacement but am unsuccessful. Could someone help me?

Love it on my wood floors. Light weight. High power works good on large rugs. Battery life could be better, although I paid more than this for a mini vac and this is both mini and stick. Definately recomend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to clean my hardwood floors for my kids game room Vacuum does a great job picking up dirt and dog hair from the floors. Crevice tool comes in handy to clean along the baseboards.

I love it, it is sleek very nice and picks up decent size stuff I enjoy it I am no longer interested in using my broom lol 🤣 I think I plan on ordering more

Most people buy a vacuum just for their floors and rugs, this one does so much more with all the tools it comes with and how easy it is to change them for every need.

I can't give this vacuum enough stars! I love how easy it is to use, the power that it has, the sleek design, the ease of emptying the cartridge, the different settings, and everything about it. It has definitely exceeded my expectations!

Purchased this item in December 2023. The first "stick" vac we've had. So far it does what we are looking for, taking the place of the dry mop to better pick up and not just move the dust, crumbs and stuff I walk in. We were having one issue however with the "under furniture attachment" folding with very little pressure. I contacted the customer care department via e-mail. Within hours, Denise contacted me with a few questions, then with her suggestions. Since I did not require that attachment, I removed it and the vac functions like a charm. Denise responded to my several questions each time extremely quickly and very professionally. I thought great customer service was a thing of the past however, Denise has restored my faith in that it is not. Many thanks to Denise for what she does and how she does it! Much appreciated.
