Please contact us at service&#64;eproselect.com to try to troubleshoot it further for you.<br />Run times may vary, but typically a full charge will last 45-60 minutes on the lower setting recommended for floors and handheld use, 25 minutes on medium and up to 10 minutes on the turbo setting.
