Noise cancellation isn’t very good. It cancels out static noise but I’m still able to hear almost everything around me still. I can still hear other people’s conversations, music, or loud crying babies. Mind you if I turn my music loud it’s better but the noise cancellation feature is subpar.

I'm autistic and rely on some of kind of noise-cancelling to calm my nervous system. I'm also easily irritated by anything I wear. When I first put these headphones on my eyes welled with tears because they were so comfortable and the world got so quiet. Then I actually turned them on and I did cry happy tears for a few minutes. Then sense of relief was immense. I've spent the past few weeks wearing them to listen to music, to watch movies, to play sound machine noises like thunder and brown noise, and just to muffle the sounds of everyday life when my nerves start to get fried. Aware mode let's me soften the noise around me while still being able to hear well enough to hold a conversation or hear a knock at the door. They are currently favorite possession.

Bought on Christmas holidays, taking advantage of the sales and discounts that the website gives on the first acquisition. Worthed every cent. This should have shipping to Brazil. What a headphone!!! Super comfortable, super clear audio, super awesome!

I had my headphones for a few weeks now and I really enjoy them. They are very comfortable. I love the Sand color. After installing the app they were easy to set up. I have not used the noise canceling option as much, but the couple of times I did it worked pretty good.

I've had multiple brands of headphones over the years (Beats, Marshall). In terms of sound quality, Bose are the best. The only negative aspect is: when you have these around your neck while not in use, if you do not either switch off power or switch from aware mode to quiet mode... you get a lot of high pitch feedback. Not the end of the world, minor point. Support issue: I wanted to add the insurance coverage after receiving the headphones. I had also purchased the QuietComfort earbuds and wanted to add coverage for both products. I was told you can only add coverage during the initial purchase at checkout. The solution was to return the products and repurchase including insurance. This is inconvenient, so I did not bother. A better solution would be to give the owner up to 60 days to add coverage, like Apple does. 30 days, 14 days, 7 days.... any grace period is better than nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this around Christmas time from a family member and it was amazing. It has great noise cancelling and has features like a headphones cord so you can use if there dead or something without blue tooth compatability.

I literally use my bose quietcomfort headphones every single day. Like they are attached to my head at this point hahaha. They are so amazing at noise cancelling, and you don't even have to blast the music to do so which is so much better for your ear drums!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been having my QC headphones since Christmas and I love them. They replace a pair of Bose Sound Link phones that lasted me about five years. The sound to me is wonderful. I use them mostly for watching TV at night via blue tooth so as not to disturb the family. Easily switches from noise cancellation to aware modes. Battery life so far is about 4-5 days with about 3-4 hours of use a day. Excellent phones.

I bought these after comparing them to Beats Studio 3. The noise canceling is what made up my mind for me. I use them mainly when traveling on airlines and occasionally at home. The sound from my iPhone is great, I can listen to movies or music when in the plane with hardly any outside noise. I’m not an expert on headphones as all I’ve had before were Air pods and safety headphones around construction sites. I don’t think you will be disappointed in purchasing the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. Also the controls are very easy to access and use!
