1. Perfect sound quality 2. warm sound signature. 3. excellent bass. 4. Superior ANC in both quite mode and aware mode. It is so natural that I'm not aware that I wore headphones while in aware mode. I can hear surrounding sound while blocking unnecessary noise. 5. Great for phone call conversation. 6. Super comfortable to wear. 7. Wired connection can be used without battery making this headphones literally usable at all time.

Very disappointed in these. I am a frequent traveler and used them for the first time yesterday. I had them on quiet but I still heard the loud talker in front of me, the baby crying behind me and the person who kept annoyingly sniffling 2 seats over from me. I was wearing them correctly. As soon as I return home, I am going to return them.

Though, I had a problem; it stopped working. After I returned and replaced the impaired set of headphones, I was in content. For the company, I expect less static noises. I still encounter static and interesting noises within the headphones. Idk if it’s my connection or service, but for the price, my standards are considered acceptable. Please improve. As a person who is very big on music and the privacy of listening to something without anyone hearing it; I suggest these headphones. It’s light, airy, and modes are adjustable (quiet, aware, or custom) in which allows for different mood and settings. I rate these headphones a 3/5; points off bc first set stopped working and reoccurrence of static noises.

This is my second pair of both headphones. I bought my first pair over 14 years ago. Interestingly, they still had good sound but the muffs were going beyond repair so I decided to try the new QC headphones. The new headphones are another world of sound! They come with so many features but the best I'm finding is the noise cancelation feature. That is not to say the sound is not awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my set since December and they are juist plain great. i knew the sound quality would be very good, but was surprised with the nosie canceling. i have used other noise canceling headsets and they were pretty good on real loud soinds, but you could still hear some sounds like people talking to you. Not the case with the Bose headphones, becuase they caocel out all sounds. That is true noise canceling.
