I have had these headphones for a few weeks now, and they've been a major upgrade from my previous headphones. Noisecanceling is great on them, and they are comfortable to wear over my ears while working for long periods of time and while laying down in my bed. Audio quality is also great, and there is no audio leakage whatsoever. Pleased with my purchase and will update here if needed!

I love these headphones. I upgraded from JBL live 670 NC on-ear headphones, expecting an improvement, but I couldn't have imagined the difference. These headphones are a work of art in the sound balancing. Furthermore, the windblock technology is phenomenal and I can now use my Bose QuietComfort headphones outdoors on a windy day flawlessly. 5 stars, get some.

I’m a long time Bose customer. I have two Bose radio CD players plus I had earphones that I lost in a flood lost one of the CD players in a fire so I was happy to order something else. Until it came. I have no owners manual, which it refers to I Can’t find the serial number and the instructions or whatever that pages that came with it is so small I can’t even see it with a magnifying glass. So I’m in a quandary do I send it back for a refund or do I contact fraud at the bank because this is not the bows that I’ve had before. I’ve never had anything this confusing. Please advise

Now having these headphones proper, I can easily say the budget-friendly ones aren’t as good as the real thing. Build quality and noise canceling abilities are both much better, and the durability will probably last too.

Pros: super comfortable and the noise cancelling is extremely effective. The sound quality is decent. Cons: The user expeeience during use is not great. They don't have wear detection based pause content that even cheap headphones have. The multiple poi t connections causes random cutting out of content I'm listening too. The auto on/off is not always accurate if I'm actively using the headphones and sitting still.

They cancel the surrounding noise, they are very comfortable (I can wear them for hours) and they sound awesome. There is a perfect balance of highs and lows. Bought this a month ago, works fine, sound quality is nice. What is not nice is it's lack of an 'off' feature for its noise cancellation, which I need because both noise cancellation and transparency give me headaches when I'm somewhere quiet. It's also still reminding me to get their app that I already have every time I turn them on, and turns on my spotify for no reason every time it tells me the battery's low. To me they're pretty tied with Apple beats for sound quality, but for reasons stated above fall short overall.

I bought these for a noisy office environment because I can't hear callers, they can't hear me. I thought the noise canceling would take care of talking voices around me - it almost does. I can hear people around me even when I have music on. The microphone still picks up people's voices around me and I have fine tuned that as well to the best of my ability. I have toyed with returning them. They are extremely comfortable, easy to use, easy to charge, etc. I also love the color I just expected more silence .....
