I purchased a pair this month, and I am very pleased so far! I use my headphones primarily for telework, but the sound is so clear, I am also using them while exercising. The settings are simple, and very easy to utilize. My last pair was made my a very well known manufacturer, and they served their purpose but the controls were operated by touch. I am so much happier with Bose for so many reasons, and the Cypress Green finalized the deal.

Purchased this a few weeks ago and I use it for my computer to play games mostly with a little video meetings as well. It is pretty amazing and the sound quality is excellent. I got the Bose QC35 headphones about 10 years ago (and I'm still using them for my work computer for meetings) and these are way lighter than those and they fixed the power switch on them to be more of a "click" than a soft-close like the old QC35s which is nice. They are also even lighter than the QC35s - my only bummer is I bought them at full price and they went on sale the very next week for much less of a price.

I made this purchase because the headphones I was using hurt my outer ear. These are called comfort headphones for a reason. I can leave them on for hours and forget im wearing them. They are great for keeping external noise out too. Im really impressed and love that I made the purchase. The sound quality is great as long as the output source is great. Bose has created a wonderful product.

I bought these headphones specifically for working out, and overall, they’ve been great. The noise cancellation is absolutely top-notch seriously impressive. Once they’re on, I can’t hear a thing around me, which really helps me stay focused during my workouts. That said, there are a couple of downsides for exercise use. The ear cushions tend to get pretty sweaty, especially during intense sessions. Also, when I lie down on a bench, the headphones don’t stay on very well they tend to slip off, which can be frustrating. Still, if noise cancellation is your top priority, these are some of the best I’ve ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent quality headphones. Very easy to use. Very comfortable. No issues connecting to bluetooth. I like the manual buttons compared to the touch buttons of the other models, because of accidental presses while working out.

I'm autistic and rely on some of kind of noise-cancelling to calm my nervous system. I'm also easily irritated by anything I wear. When I first put these headphones on my eyes welled with tears because they were so comfortable and the world got so quiet. Then I actually turned them on and I did cry happy tears for a few minutes. Then sense of relief was immense. I've spent the past few weeks wearing them to listen to music, to watch movies, to play sound machine noises like thunder and brown noise, and just to muffle the sounds of everyday life when my nerves start to get fried. Aware mode let's me soften the noise around me while still being able to hear well enough to hold a conversation or hear a knock at the door. They are currently favorite possession.

I jumped at the chance to get these on sale and was excited to finally have them because Bose products come highly recommended. While they do a great job with blocking out outside noise I was disappointed to find that the sound leaks, even when turned down low. The point of me getting them was to not be disturbed by outside noise but to also not be the person disturbing others with my music/movies. In order to not disturb others I have to have the volume so low I end up not being able to hear anything myself. Had I known the sound leaks would be that bad I wouldn’t have purchased them and I believe the window to return them has closed. So for now they’re strictly for home use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had plenty of headphones including some popular brands. The Bose QuietComfort headphones are by far better than the rest. I love the easy access button for noise cancelling/aware mode. One minute you hear outside noise and with the press of a button, you hear only your music. The sound quality is also great and sounds like I am in a music studio.

I was excited for these headphones, especially in my favorite color, yet was disappointed in the noise cancelling feature. The only way to cancel noise is to turn up the volume very high, which hurts my ears. I expected much higher quality for $400 headphones.

If only I had bought these much earlier, I would be able to have more audio freedom during long MS Teams meetings. So nice to drown out the noise around me so I can listen and concentrate on what is being said as well as being able to walk around. The quality of the audio is second to none and I once again love my music. The best part of the Bose headphones is connecting to multiple devices at the same time.
