This is my 3rd QC headphones in perhaps 15 years (?). I've worn the others out and keep coming back. I use them while using equipment outside splitting firewood, trimming branches, hauling wood, using the table or circular saw, scraping/sanding & painting the house, on an airplane, watering the yard, plowing snow on an ATV, etc...I'm not easy on them because I don't just use them at a desk. They are more durable than one might seem - although I do try to be mindful with them. They've been great through all this. I definitely like the quality of the music they produce and the sound deadening effect from all the outside noise that I use them in. They make all this work much more enjoyable.

This is my third pair of Quietcomfort headphones. My first pair lasted many years, even with daily use for work. My second pair are still going! (My partner uses them every day for work.) - They are an excellent product. The sound is rich and a little on the bass-y side, which I'm okay with. They are comfortable on my ears, but can be a little heavy to weigh all day every day. I'm use to it, though. Would recommend these to anyone wanting a reliable noise-canceling headphone.

I've been very satisfied with how easy these are to use and the sound quality. My one complaint is that these still kind of weigh heavy on the headband which can be uncomfortable after a while, but I can move them around and make do, so it wasn't worth docking a whole point for that.

Now having these headphones proper, I can easily say the budget-friendly ones aren’t as good as the real thing. Build quality and noise canceling abilities are both much better, and the durability will probably last too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound and anc are unbelievable! Love the eq to adjust to my personal preferences. I also like having real buttons instead of touch pads so you don’t change anything by accident. Also they do mean quiet comfort .

I was very surprised with the battery life per charge and all the unique settings that can be easily changed through the Bose apk.

I have been using Bose Noise-cancelling headphones for 20 years, and the QuietComfort are the best. Only reason for not 5 stars is I have twice now had to return the headphones because the on-off switch stopped working. Bose has a pretty quick turn around and discounted price to replace them… but twice now? In five years?

I look forward to my immersive jam sessions at the gym. They don’t hold well when laying down, but it’s unrealistic to expect headphones to do so. I can still make it work by adjusting them on my forehead instead. So happy with the purchase!

I bought these primarily for the multipoint Bluetooth capability. Sadly, when that feature is turned on the headphones cut out frequently and have static. My previous headphones were Beats Studio3 which are heavy and clunky but the sound and controls were awesome. I don’t think the Bose sound as good and the controls are not as easy to use. The advantage the Bose headphones have is that they are significantly lighter and more comfortable for longer use. Also, the action button is a joke. I can’t believe I can’t link any other options besides Spotify. Had I know the Bluetooth multipoint would function so poorly, I would not have purchased. I wish I could return them but I did not keep the original packaging.

I really like that they can connect to more than one device at a time. I am frequently connected to my phone and my tablet at the same time.
