Good, Has Minor Software Issues

Comfortable headphones with great battery to get me through the day. I am, however, disappointed that right out of the box I started experiencing issues. Occasionally, the headphones will suddenly go silent and become unresponsive. It's easy to fix with a quick on-and-off, though.

I got these last month and they're pretty decent. I'm a trucker so I use them a lot and overall great sound quality, decent battery life, and people on the phone say they can hear me pretty well. The only issue is if i have a window open at all there's a lot of weird background sound that doesn't go away when I turn on quiet or commute mode.

Great sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these headphones a few months back and the sound on them is great and the noise canceling is awesome. The only thing I think Bose should look at with these and frankly all of their headphones is some sort of speak to chat feature; just like with Sony, where when someone starts talking with you and your headphones are on when you start talking back to that individual it will pause your music and key up the ambient mics.

Great sound and features!! Not for clumsy hands.

I bought this last month to replace my Beats Studio and so far I can say the quality is superb. The sound is crisp and I especially like the modes hat let you select the level of silence you desire. My issues would be that the overall quality of the material makes me worry of the durability. They don’t feel cheap. Just very delicate. The controls are also oddly placed. Bottom line for me is once they are on your head, the sound is golden and that is primarily what I need as I.baby my devices.

Twice as good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for myself and my wife likes them so much I had to get another pair! They cancel the surrounding noise, they are very comfortable (I can wear them for hours) and they sound awesome. There is a perfect balance of highs and lows. These are the best headphones for the money, hands down,

Amazing Headphones! Beyond Expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a good pair of over the head headphones and I was torn between a few options. The Bose QuietComfort were on my list and when I saw them I decided to get them. They do not disappoint at all. They have amazing rich bass, along with comfort and noise cancellation. My ears don’t get fatigue like it did with other headphones. I use them to game, listen to music or even just watching shows. As a streamer they help me engage with my audience and I’ve noticed small noises that I couldn’t hear with my other headphones. I will definitely recommend these to anyone who wants over the headphones.

Good sound but BAD mic

I bought this 2 months ago and after testing them out at work, the mic captures all the noise around me. I wish I could get a refund but because I opted for a replacement, the 90 day satisfaction is no longer valid... I would NOT RECOMMEND if you plan on buying these headphones if you use a mic at work all the time. If you are just buying them for sound, then I would get them.

Love them, but could use minor adjustments…

I bought these a little over a month ago & received them in a timely manner with a small delay. Pros: They are SO pretty!! The sound quality is great, noise cancellation feature works pretty well, and the different customizable modes is really cool! Cons: I have a smaller head & these sit pretty low on my ears, they also feel a bit loose because of this. Due to those reasons, I feel like the sound leakage is much worse & you can hear the music, podcast, est. playing outside of the headphones even with the volume lowered. Overall I love them, I just really wish they were a bit tighter & you could adjust them smaller.

Great overall headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my headphones I bought last month. They only thing that bothers me is when I have it connected to two devices there is some static when the headphones are having trouble figuring out where to get sound. To avoid this I only connect them to one device at a time and it’s perfect.

Excellent sound/build quality. Great battery life.

I've had multiple brands of headphones over the years (Beats, Marshall). In terms of sound quality, Bose are the best. The only negative aspect is: when you have these around your neck while not in use, if you do not either switch off power or switch from aware mode to quiet mode... you get a lot of high pitch feedback. Not the end of the world, minor point. Support issue: I wanted to add the insurance coverage after receiving the headphones. I had also purchased the QuietComfort earbuds and wanted to add coverage for both products. I was told you can only add coverage during the initial purchase at checkout. The solution was to return the products and repurchase including insurance. This is inconvenient, so I did not bother. A better solution would be to give the owner up to 60 days to add coverage, like Apple does. 30 days, 14 days, 7 days.... any grace period is better than nothing.
