The product works super well almost as well as professional whitening. It does need more consistent usage thought and the results aren't instant. 14 days of use makes them shine bright though!

I use this product once every 1-2 months. Instantly great results. I would be careful to not let the strip touch your gun as it could irritate your gum. I would not use it often either. For me personally I use it once a month to avoid irritation.

These crest strips work so good. I put them on and shower while they are in my mouth and remove them after. you can easily see progress. the only flaw is that it may possibly give you sensitive teeth.

I love This combo package deal . The light works perfectly . I whiten my teeth for about 30 minutes then when done I rub the extra whitening gel all over my teeth before rinsing out for better results .
