These work! I was on medications in my very early years which caused discoloration on my teeth. My DDS said mine wouldn't ever be radiant white if done professionally. So, i tried white strips. They really brightened my smile. The only downside, imo, is waiting 30 min.

It works great for me and it takes 30 mi ties to 45 minutes which is not bad. You can do it twice per week so it won't take much your time. It helps whitening your teeth

 The strips tend to make my gums very sensitive, but this toothpaste makes my teeth white and keeps them white. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this if you're looking for immediate results but maybe if you are willing to lighten a little bit at a time or you've already achieved a really bright white smile and you're looking to maintain it… This would be my recommendation.
