I started my igen2500 up for the first time today ...all was well except the "automatic" rotating display did not rotate. I called customer service and they pointed me to a small black button underneath the display that was almost invisible ...and not mentioned in the service manual ...now all is well! Westinghouse it would be nice if the button was yellow or white...I might have seen it

As a 66 year old single lady, I suffered through the glacier age in Texas last February without electricity. I began researching generators so I wouldn’t have to experience that again. Westinghouse consistently appeared in the top reviews. I purchased the iGen2500. I was able to set it up and run it to break it in without any problem. It is so quiet! I’m very pleased with my purchase! Bring on the next Ice Age!

I have been trying to find someone in my area to service my generator. I have got approximately a dozen hours of service from my generator. I contacted the call center a month ago asking for assistance to get service, took my information. I wrote a review a couple weeks ago sharing my disappointment. Was told to send an email and someone would respond, there again nothing. All I am asking is for assistance to get service for my generator, so I have back up electricity source for the winter.

I am so relieved to have this product! On a regular basis, we use it on a plot of land that we use for recreation purposes. It is great to have a portable power source that we can rely on, and one that I (at 5'2", 130 lbs.) can carry by myself and handle with no problem. Also, in the last several years, we have been in the path of numerous hurricanes and tornados that left us without power for weeks at a time. It is such a mental relief to know that we have this iGen 2500 to get us through those days. I could not be more pleased with this purchase! Highly recommend!!

I bought this as an emergency generator - hopefully like insurance it is there but will never need to use it. I have been shopping for one and did a lot of research. Compare to other generators in the same price range - this model has high running watts and more fuel efficiency. Also another key feature is the digital read out - give you an idea of remaining time, fuel level, load level. For someone doesn't run generator regularly this is very helpful and much needed.

We have a large shed with no electricity. I wired it for lights and a fan and bought this generator to power it. I can have it sitting outside the door and still have a normal conversation. It starts easily with a pull or two and purrs for hours. It has a little weight to it, but it's manageable. I also use it at home for power outages to run the upstairs fridge. I'm very happy with it.

My son has the same model Generator, I’ve borrowed it 3 different times when dry camping in our trailer in the Sierras. Really impressed with it, was able to use our microwave and keep the batteries charged up. My wife really liked being able to use her hair dryer and curling iron. Works out really well for us.

Generator came a couple days ago. I added the oil and gas, started on the second pull. I used my rv for the break in period. Five hours later I shut it off. I would like to tell you more but that’s all I ran it so far, but those 5 hours it ran great.

Bought this generator so I would have enough power to run the A/C in my 5th wheel. The generator runs smooth and quiet especially on economy mode. The screen gives plenty of information especially on how much more power you have available. It is lite enough to easily carry around.

I needed a quiet generator to mount in my pickup to power a portable AC for when I am parked overnight at the truck stops. This generator is perfect. Its quiet yet powerful enough to handle the task. For any hotshot trucking operators out there I highly recommend this unit.
