Purchased previous to Hurricane Ida. Used the time week we were without power. We were very pleased with the ease of operation, reliability, and features.

This generator is quiet and works great. Powers everything I’ve plugged into it with out so much as a stumble. Reason for the 4 stars is because the fuel gauge stopped working. I’m hopping customer service can help me resolve the issue.

Compared to a Honda it is quiet but not as quiet and the motor is not as smooth running. But if you need a generator that produces pretty good power for the money then this is it.

I purchased this for tent camping in primitive places. It will work great for what I need. It is easy on fuel and runs so quiet. I tested it to see how much a small window unit A/C unit would take. It only took 25% according to the output gauge.

I bought a I Gen 4500 a year or so ago. I need a little more power to run most of my RV. My other smaller inverter generator would not work with my 4500. I bought this and it smaller, lighter and more powerful. Great!
