The iGen 2500 came well packaged and nothing broken or missing. Instruction manual is easy to follow and to the point. Great value for the money and perfect for the boondocking RV community.

I had zero problems starting this generator the first time. Startup instructions were simple and easy to follow. Generator took two pulls to start on second use. Overall, very pleased with this unit as of 2 uses.

My iGen2500 was delivered today. Put the included oil in, added some gas, one pull and fired right up. Very quiet operation. Very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this machine because they said it was good on gas ! Well , they were right ! It is , to my surprise very good on gas ! It also has enough power to run everything in my pop-up camper including the forced air furnace !

I bought this to replace a larger, and louder, generator. It’s got a lot of power in a compact package. And it’s super quiet. I just wish they made it easier to get to the oil dipstick.

Simple to use and effective in what it does. Priced extremely well compared to other manufactures with similar features. I would and have recommended to friends.

Purchased 1st week of June and once I got it checked it out and ran it through various tests first of all it stared right off the bat and it held its own. It kept my refrigerator and small freezer and various small lights in the house going.

Very user friendly. Started up on first pull of start cord. Was able to run the refrigerator, television, computer and a few lights during our electrical outage here in California.

Very quiet in eco mode. More powerful than most the same size which was the winning factor for me. The digital fuel gauge and load meter and usb ports were all nice bonuses.
