Started on the second pull. I did the initial break-in, and it ran fine. I haven't put any heavy loads on it. I just tested my circular saw, and it worked. I'm sure it will power my travel trailer, as that is what I need it for.

I bought this to run AC, microwave and frig in horse trailer when I don't have electric and the most important feature was easy start. I give it a 10!

Just purchased this generator. I liked that it was configured for use with my pop-up camper. The instructions are straightforward and easy to comprehend.

I bought this one month ago to power 3 fog machines for a haunted woods walk. It died while on eco mode but ran well with eco mode off. I called in the problem and I have a case number for a resolution.

Instruction and operating manual is clear and concise concerning preparation for use and start-up safety features. Am in process of first use and expect first use and break-in will be as straight forward.

This generator runs good when you can get it started. It's got all the power I need and it's quiet running. The worst part is is trying to start it. Pull and pull and pull and maybe it'll go. Broke the recoil cord after about five hours.

Bought for back up and have to work on it right from day one. Had for a year just needed it took out box and nothing bit got it going. But now can't get to spark plug cause plastic housing blocking plug

Purchased two of these along with a parallel cable for emergency house power. I have only used them once for house backup for that so far but I was able to run two gas furnaces, a fridge and some misc. lights and electronics and it was still pretty quiet. I would recommend using non ethanol gas and fuel stabilizer. I always drain the fuel bowls after using the generators .

The generator came two days ago and I started it up. It was very easy to get going as all of the instructions were well written. It started up after a few pulls and I was impressed how quiet it was. I ran it for 1.5 hours to break in gradually at less that 50 percent power. I love the fact I can just pick it up and take it were ever I need it. I'm ready for our next power outage.

I'm glad I bought this. It replaced my 20+ year old Craftsman generator. I like that it is light and easy to carry (it even has a handle). I also appreciate that it is much quieter than my old generator. Other pluses are the "eco mode" switch, and it produces a clean output for electronic devices.
