Haven’t used it yet, but the first thing I noticed was one of the rubber caps that protects the parallel ports, doesn’t fit, as the is off center. I hope this isn’t the start of things to come .

I bought this almost a month ago and am looking foward to using it! purchased two of these on aug12 2021 recieved august aug 20 2021 have not used it yes one was missing a part ,oil filller tube

I purchased the iGen 2500 a week ago and am 100% satisfied with the product. The accessories (Oil, Funnel, screw driver and spark plug tool) were included.

Bought two of these for parallel operation, but the Westinghouse parallel adapter has been out of stock for about a year with no indication from Westinghouse of when it will be back in stock!

Got this delivered on Saturday and fired it up to make sure that it worked. Everything worked as it should and it was even more quiet than I had expected. I can't wait to use it this summer with my camper.

Received via UPS today. Took out of box, added oil and a pint of gasoline. Engine fired immediately and ran refrigerator for an hour. Now for reliability over time.

Very quiet, starts with one pull. Some of the plastic body parts weren't joining correctly, took some bending to get them to seat right, but it looks OK now.

it initially would not start after putting oil and gas in unit. Had to use a small amount of starting fluid but now it starts and runs fine. waiting for break in period before loading it up

I was on the fence between Honda or this IGEN 2500. My sons has a Honda 2200 Inverter. My unit is larger, and just as quiet. It performs just as well, and I paid a lot less than the Honda.

Worked great for the first few months. Wasn't able to get it started recently. Currently in the shop trying to determine what's wrong. Called Westinghouse to file a claim since it was within the first year, still waiting to have it resolved.
