Once Westinghouse had sent me the required switch for the choke, which was missing when the generator arrived, the contraption started up within a few pulls and seems to be working for the intended purpose.

Purchased two iGen2500 along with parallel cord. Easy set up straight out of the box. Both started first time and ran very quietly. Looked at other generators but with price and performance cannot beat the iGen2500.

So far so good.Got it yesterday added oil which is provided and added gas started on first pull.Ran for about an hour at 50% load. Shut down and restarted an about half a pull very happy

I use this inverter generator to power my travel trailer. It is able to start and run the 13.5k BTU air conditioner utilizing the Micro-Air soft start.

going to use the iGEN2500 for camping this summer. have not had used it very much for i just purchased it. but i found it very quiet and the ease of starting was great. one pull after adding oil and fresh fuel.

The first one I bought did not work properly. Westinghouse staff was great and sent me a replacement the same day under warranty. The second one is much better and (so far) runs as advertised.

I have already filled this survey out in Feb. 20-2018 and never recieved my bonus item I put in for a cover. So can you send me the item or let me know whats the delay here it is April 10 2018

I am very pleased with the performance of my inverter generators. I have the camo one and the blue one. I will be able to parallel these two when the need arises.

Order came in sooner than expected. Crank case was already filled with oil from testing(?). Fired up on 5th pull and smoked a little till excess oil burnt off from shipping. Everything good after that.

Took delivery and the generator would only stay running for 5 seconds and then turn off. I made sure there was oil and fresh gas. I believe it's a faulty oil sensor. I see a code of 0L.
