Great generator. Starts easily. Nice display and output configuration. Doesn't purr as smoothly as my wh2000xlti but it runs my camper ac and all by itself. I also purchased the parallel cable to pair the two generators, but haven't needed to yet. Light enough for my wife to load and unload.

I wanted a suitcase style generator to power my 15K Dometic AC in our travel trailer. I also purchased a Micro Air 364 to cut down on start up loads and it powers the AC! But...there seems to be an issue during the heat of the day. Westinghouse is working with me under warranty, I'll update with any more info. The LCD display is nice, but if you fill up the fuel to FULL the fuel gauge doesn't work until you run it for a while. One one tank of fuel it ran for five hours powering my AC.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday. It was in perfect shape, shipped very well packed in a box! Took it out and got it ready to run. Family left to go camping before school starts. Had a fan, radio/karaoke, and lights all working! Super quiet, great for the little ones after a night of singing and dancing! I would definitely recommend this generator for families on the go or just have a backup at home!

This generator is easy to set up and get started. We lost power yesterday and after several hours decided we better unbox the generator. Set up was quick and easy, as was starting it. This generator isn't intimidating to me as most full size generators are. I am comfortable using it without help from my husband.

So far very impressed with this generator. I bought it as a backup generator to keep my fridge running when the power goes out. Setup was easy. Added the included oil and my fuel and she is up and running. I'm doing the 5 hour break-in period letting it run with light loads but all is good so far. I noticed some very thoughtfully designed features such as the fuel bell drain hose. All in all, very impressed so far.

I use this product to power a travel trailer. I liked it so much I bought another to hook up in parallel to power the air conditioner. The Efficiency mode works great to save fuel and run quietly when the load is lower. The data display is great showing the output and the fuel remaining. Great value!

I just purchased this item. Set up was a breeze. It started on second pull. So easy my wife can easily do it - and she doesn't like messing with it. If it does all that is advertised and other long term reviews say, I will be very happy with the purchase. I like the weight and size. I can easily place it in the back of my elevated PU.

I had very excellent experience while starting up the generator. It is very quiet and easy to understand its operation. Manual is very easy to understand. It started up for the first time with just three tries and handle the loads efficiently. Small enough for easy carrying on my truck and for storage. I highly recommend you purchase this generator

Just completed break in and changed oil to Mo***1 5W30 on these two iGen 2500's.Used recommended Westinghouse power/parallel power cord adapter. Plugged in my 32' motorhome auxiliary cable. Ran everything including AC unit, fridge, water pump as needed and two flat panel TVs with aplomb. These are impressive units. As quiet as any red comparable size gen. Inverter is definitely way to go. It's so great having choices of high quality generators in this class for literally half the price... I previously reviewed this unit as a single unit, first impression. Now that I've run these in, almost anxious for a reason to use them.

I purchased the GE 9500 Dual Fuel in 2020. I was so impressed with the product, instructions and its performance that I decided to purchase the iGen2500 because I did not want my electronics damaged. In Florida we get a lot of hurricanes and using a Non-Inverter generator for an extended period of time may damage your electronics. Once again, I am very impressed with this inverter, instructions, ease of use. Most importantly, you can tell about a company's good will for their customers by the time they spend to make sure you have great instructions and that everything you need is included. I rather not need this but when I needed, I know this inverter will deliver.
