I just replaced my iGen2200 that I have been using for two years to power my Travel Trailer to include running my AC. Just wanted a little more output so I could run a few other things while using AC. Works great and is easy to start. Much better deal than a Honda i2000 at twice the price. Just as quiet. Highly recommend.

Purchased Generator 9 Months ago and used a few times with no problems. Ran well and used minimal fuel for the power provided. Stored unit in climate controlled area and waited for the inevitable power outage. The remnants of Hurricane Ian came to town and power was out for 18 hours. I was unable to get generator to run consistently. Problem appears to be within the carburetor and possibly due to poor storage (I did not drain the carburetor bowl as suggested for storage between 2 to 6 months). I used stabilized non-ethanol gas and carburetor clogged after 3 months? this is not a robust design.

I have never used a generator before. I wanted the family to be prepared for any power outages during hurricane season or the typical winter ice storm in NC. The iGen 2500 was super easy to set up, came with its own oil and funnel, I just needed to add gas. It started right up without any issues. I bought the iGen 2500 because I wanted to be able to easily - at a glance - know how much fuel I had remaining. The digital display of time remaining, fuel remaining, and power usage are AWESOME. Why doesn't every generator come with that feature - thanks Westinghouse!

I have only used this for the initial set-up. I am pleased with how quiet this generator is. I like the display that tells you how much power you are using and/or is still available and how much run time is left for how much fuel is in the tank. Amazing start up! On the very first pull, a gentle one at that! I am looking forward to our next power outage to use this (ha)!

Just received the generator and it arrived in great condition in a remote area of Alaska. This generator was easy to setup, and the instructions were very clear. It even came with oil. I have only run it with variable loads for the RV but I will be taking it on the jobsite very soon.

I've been using the iGen2500 for a month now. We lost power due to a hurricane and this unit has been a life saver. We can easily run the fridge, TV, a few fans, computer, charge phones, and other misc. appliances without worry. It's super fuel efficient too. One tank goes a long way.

First unit didn't function well. Les in Customer Service was very helpful and all is well. We "dry camp" a lot and use the generator to supplement our solar charging during rainy weeks like we just had and when 110v appliances are used like microwave and hair dryer.

I bought this to use at football game tailgates after walking by all the tailgaters around and noticing which generators were the quiet ones. This Westinghouse was quiet as the “red” one and cost less than half as much! I’ve already found it handy to use while working in my barn to power a fan and lights.

I have a larger Westinghouse generator I purchased for power backup to my house and to power my travel trailer when parked at campsites that don't have hookups. That unit is fairly loud and uses a lot of gas. I purchased the iGen2500 because it is smaller, quieter, and has an eco-mode to save on gas. Out of the box and gas added, the unit started right up. I tried using it to power the 15K btu AC on my travel trailer, but the unit required more startup power than the generator could provide at peak. I installed a soft-start device on the trailer's AC unit and now I can run it on the generator. That generator runs great, and I really like the gauges on the front. It's great to see the power it's producing (amps and voltage), and the remaining fuel level. Another thing of note is that the unit comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and a 2–3 year parts warranty.
