Just purchased the Westinghouse iGen4500. Packaging was very good. Set up of the Generator was very simple. Oil is in pre-measured .6 Quart Bottle and came with the pour nozzle and a Tool Kit with a small length #2 Phillips screwdriver and Spark Plug removal tool with a handle. Battery is pre-wired and just needs the Battery plugged into a mated connector and the hold down rubber strap installed. Generator Started right up with it's remote and and the Digital Display shows how much runtime remains on the current fuel level, Voltage output, hours and Fuel quantity in Liters. Has a duplex Receptacle, a 30A 120V Receptacle as well as a pair of USB outlets. Also includes a 120V AC Battery Charger with a port on the front to plug into to charge the generator battery in the event it had gone low. Has Fuel shut-off dial, Battery Power Switch and Start push button as well. Generator can be pull started in the event the Battery is low. ( haven't tried the pull start since its working great without. The remote Start FOB is single press and is attached via carabiner to the Pull Start Rope during the unboxing of the unit. Great Generator for "Clean Power".

I did alot of research on generators and inverter generators. This was the best i thought of all on the market. Super quiet, can have a normal conversation with someone standing right next to it! Super powerful, and easy to move. Thanks WestingHouse!!! Thomas

Bought it a month and 1 day ago. No surprises, was my 2nd generator. Use it to power my RV. it is compact and easy to move with the grab handles and the retractable pull arm. love the options to start it: pull cord, button on the unit and FOB. would recommend this to anyone.

My mother who is 84 lives on the coast of Oregon independently. Loss of power due to high winds and frequent winter storms is not uncommon. We love the remote control which enables her to keep her freezers cycling and food stuffs safe. Quiet and efficient, the unit has been great!

After years of owning a smaller inv/gen, we decided to upgrade. Based on several weeks of comparison shopping, we decided on the Westinghouse iGen 4500, and am very pleased. With more power and quieter operation than many others, this is the machine for me. The only downfall are the relatively small wheels (The ruts and roots in the northwoods are sometimes more than the wheels can handle).

As you can see only bought a couple days ago. Working on getting everything ready to go. I like that nothing seems to be too complicated. We are new to the RV scene so this will be a good addition to all the other stuff we have gotten. Saw several people using the iGen4500 at a dog show and liked design and the quietness. We received our generator yesterday. It came when promised. My husband got everything ready. Added gas and oil. It fired right up. It’s easy enough for us to lift onto the back of our trailer. We fired it up while on the trailer. The noise and vibration level were better than the old predator. This generator was much easier to move because of the handle and bigger wheels

I bought this to use with our new camper because i was looking for a reasonably compact generator with a 30 amp output. It works great and has features i wasn't even expecting, like remote start/stop with a key fob. My only complaint thus far is the size. It's definitely bigger than expected and, while portable, is a lot for one person to muscle into the back of a truck or SUV.

Prepped the unit just as directed, started right up and ran smooth. Probably the most quiet generator I have heard. Connected to toy hauler trailer and cycled through A/C and no problems! Haven't used long term on a camping trip, etc., but have no concerns that unit will perform as advertised.
