I bought this product a month ago and went to use it when hurricane MILTON hit Florida it would only produce half power fortunately i had my 22 year old one that I was replacing to get me through 4 days of no power ... Needless to say very DISAPPOINTED Would Not Buy Again

I've used this now for quite awhile, and am finally writing a review. I'm super happy with the purchase after using it awhile. The extending carrying handle and wheels are a must have, I would never get a generator without one, and it's cool to carry it around like it's a piece of luggage. I LOVED having the remote when I was in my camper to turn it on/off. I like the quiet (ECO) mode option. It seems to get pretty good "gas mileage" too. I would highly recommend this for anyone with an RV or need for a generator for camping. One piece of advice, treat it like you would a lawnmower... when winter comes before you get freezing temps, or anytime you're not going to use it for 4 months... run it until it runs completely out of gas and it stalls. Always do this, and the generator will fire right back up when you fill it with gas even years later.

I bought this a week ago to use during emergency situation to ensure operating my key essential devices like sump pump, freezer, fridge, charging mobile phone and wi fi. So i bought this IGen 4500 to have relatively smaller generator, with reasonable weight easy start Manual are very clear , steps of operation are explained simply in several language The generator itself has relatively low sound compared to other generators available in the market You can start the generator through three ways, pull , button or remote control The generator comes with engine oil yet of course you need to buy the gasoline and gasoline stabilizer. Very high quality and operate for 18 hours with one tank fill … highly recommended if u need a reliable generator for emergency situation

I bought this to replace a 5250 watt gen that work great just to loud .. It started right up and is very quiet. I own a pair of honda 2000i and this generator is almost as quiet .. will see how reliable it is as time goes on .. so far so good .. A+

Received my new iGen4500 in perfect condition in a short amount of time. Came with great start up instructions and operating overview. I have many friends that have the same inverter and they have nothing but good things to say about it. Can't wait to hook it up to my RV!

Bought this 4- 6 months ago and the electric and remote start are great features to have. A couple of challenges... I would like to see an easier way to drain oil, and an easier access panel to fuel bowl drain and choke assembly would be great as the electric choke failed on my particular unit; waiting to see what level of service Westinghouse will provide to correct the choke issue.

I got this a few weeks ago and it was simple to set up and had it running and making electricity in 15 minutes or so. Runs quietly, just as I had hoped and has nice display to show how much fuel is left as well as how much power it is generating. Really like that it has an eco mode so that it only makes as much power as needed. Idles a lot (quiet) to do what I need. Very happy so far.

I bought this a month ago to take on a trip to the Black Hills. It was our first trip out west with our new camper and I was a bit nervous about using a generator for Boondocking. This is by far the quietest generator I have ever owned. We could barely hear it from inside the camper last night. It was easy to setup and run. I would highly recommend this generator!!

I have been RVing for years. Mostly dirt Sprint Car races. you have to “dry camp” most of the time. NO hookups! Have gone thru numerous generators in 30 yrs. noisy, hard to start etc. I’m getting old. The features on this generator, electric start etc , powers my RV including AC (Ever gone USAC racing in Indiana in July? AC is a must!!). The happiest of been in years. Quiet, great power, and oh yeah the electric start make this a true gem! And considerably cheaper than its most renown “quiet” competitor. Actually have had folks who own some generator made by some Japanese motorcycle Company state “they wish they had known about this product”. Totally happy, completely satisfied, thrilled beyond belief! Oh yeah, electric start and great run time on a tank of fuel!!!

We have truly enjoyed this generator to cool and supplied lighting to our Ministries mobile closet. We have had it a few days over one year and Now that it’s out of warranty, we are having issues. Hoping that it is something minor so we can get our ministry closet back on the road.
