I did a lot of research before purchasing this product. The power output and remote start were the key features that attracted me. The Westinghouse name and service network convinced me to make this purchase.

After purchasing the iGen4500, I started it right up with one try. The controls are easy to use and the pull handle makes it easy to move from one area to another. It is quiet considering its size. Great value and great product.

Bought this inverter after reading reviews. My Honda eu300is kept overloading when my camper AC would kick in. I purchased the iGen4500 and it has more than enough power and is just as quiet for half the price!

I bought this a month ago for our RV fifth wheel. It is perfect to use as a backup when no power is available. Much quieter and lighter than our other generators. Highly recommend!

We just received this today. Runs very quiet and very satisfied. We called customer service to find out where the serial number was. Customer service answered immediately and was very friendly and helpful.

So far so good, not much use on it yet but it runs my RV with a Single AC unit and fridge at about 50% power so its not struggling at all. I was showing it to a friend as it was running and we could talk with it running between us.

Just got it very happy that is so quite.I got this for the planned power outage in California so I don't know when I will actually have to use it but when I do will update my review.

very hard to get to the drain plug. the door cover to the oil is to small. make it bigger to access the drain plug. there is no diagram or mention of drain plug in the owners manual . love the remote control. reason why I bought this gen.
