Perfect for our needs. Quiet, easy to use, push button start, USB ports, telescoping handle, everything you could need in an emergency. It was important for me (as the wife) to be able to use this, move it, set it up on my own as my husband is often called away during emergencies due to his work. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

We bought this generator to power our camper, and have been impressed with how quiet it is. Whether running on eco mode or not, it's not overly loud at all. It also powers everything in our camper all at the same time without problem. One small pin that holds the side panel on was broken during shipping, but it doesn't effect the overall functioning of the product.

I was excited for this generator as it came highly recommended. It's very quiet, powered my rv with 15,000 BTU AC with ease. Easy to move around, the remote start is awesome and then...2hrs in, the engine assembly holding the starter relay completely sheared off. Given the reviews, I thought I just got a lemon. I just received my replacement, and so far so good. Although, I'm cautiously optimistic.

Purchased for our camper after reading lots of comparisons and reviews. Arrived today via UPS. No problems when unpacking. Followed the instructions, connected the battery, added oil and gas, then it fired right up after a few cranks. Let it warm up and then used a 1500W heat gun and flood light to give it a load -- no problems. My only issue was the instructions said add the entire container of oil (0.63qt)...I did and when I pulled the funnel out, about 0.03qt of oil spilled out and I notice the label on the generator said it holds 0.60qt. If that's the only problem, I'll take that!

No shipping issues, and all contents promised per manual were delivered. Very impressed with the generator's quality of construction. I think the pull handle is sufficient to handle the weight of the generator, and I like that it snaps back into place. Put oil and gas in to do a quick test run and was very pleased. Very quiet.

I purchased this generator as a source for backup power for my saltwater aquarium. I've had it almost a month now and its worked great every time it's turned on. The remote start and push button start works right off the jump. Great generator for the price

Was delivered in a very timely manner in perfect condition. Unpacked the generator, added oil, fuel and connected battery according to directions. I then turned on the fuel, pressed the start button and it fired right up. I let it warm up and then plugged a heat gun into it tried it out, it worked flawlessly. Very pleased, just hope I don't need it this Hurricane season in S.W. FL.

Took generator out on its first trip last weekend to Coral Pink Sand Dunes. It was extremely windy & sand was everywhere: on the ground, in the air, in my camper, etc. The generator did well for being constantly bashed with sand. Love the start button, so nice. I know the manual informed me about the high altitude kit, but I had fouled a plug before seeing it haha. The manual also warns to not overfill the gen w/ oil, but it didn't warn me that the kit gave too much oil...so I overfilled it...oops. Anyways, love the convenient features: start button, quiet, wheels. Cons: big & heavy, but I'm barley able to lift it into my truck bed. The suitcase style handle & wheels help handle the weight.

Generator arrived today. Followed all instructions to set up. Would not start, but I was fortunate to have read about manual choke issues. Once that was fixed it started right up. Ran it for 45 minutes with no problems. Con: Advertised as running decibel of 54. 74 was the lowest decibel I recorded. Main reason for purchase was decibel rating. Disappointed Will follow up with review once I have had some time with it.

I am excited to try out this new inverter generator. Right now we have been using a regular generator and cannot use it for extended periods because it's so loud. I love the fact that it has push start option, and on off remote fob. The eco feature is awesome, too.
