Pleased with all the options. Minor issue in getting it started because the automatic choke became disconnected. Can start manually but need to remove cover. Once I found online how to reconnect automatic choke it has worked wonderfully.

I bought it a week ago and don’t know how it works but has very good reviews. I’m not to happy the fact that we have to open the side and connect the cable for the choke.

Purchased new. Followed startup procedures. Wouldn’t start. After doing my own research, found auto choke unplugged. Machine runs better. Customer support would never get back to me.

Exactly what I needed for boondocking in our RV. Will power our RV without a problem. Quiet and responsive throughout all loads. Excellent construction, and the remote start is very handy.

I just received this item and was able to easily setup and start the generator. Being able to push a button to start the generator is great. The digital read out is very helpful. Overall, very impressed!

I haven't used it yet but the features are such that would only be found on more expensive generators according to my extensive research. I'm now well-prepared for any power outages.

I purchased this in September. I used it in the hurricane here in Florida. No problem, phone quiet then I let my friends borrow it. Four towns over very good. They are going to purchase a western house frame 12 5K.

seems fine except I'm confused why it can't be used in rain? when do you think you will need a generator. Also what good is remote start if you are supposed to unplug all loads before starting??
