We've only used this twice in 100° Weather and it powered our 8000 btu room air conditioner in a huge tent nicely. It ran non stop for 3 days, 2 nights! Kept us cool!

It arrived completely secure and assembly and set up was easy. Make sure you read the quick start guide as well as the owners manual setup, they give different steps for the oil addition and oil fill access cover, the manual is correct. I'll try the generator tomorrow. I love my other 7000w generator, thus I bought another Westinghouse.

Easy instructions for set up and use. Generator fired right up and works great. Only used once so far but has handled all items thrown at it so far.

I bought this generator after Hurricane Helene hit and after sitting in the building for over a year now it was brought out and gas was put in it and it started up with no problems. The easy push start key fob makes it even easier to start. The noise level was quieter then most generators I'm use to hearing. It is very fuel efficiency and can last over 20 hrs. I used this generator when the power goes out at my house. I am well pleased this product.

We bought this at an auction because we have frequent power outages where we live. It was new still in factory package. Opened the box everything was there. It was packaged well. It's easy to use and sooooooook much quieter then the old generator we have. It is small and compact, no bigger then an end table. It will fit almost anywhere. Has a decent run time. I believe we are going to be very very very happy with this one!!!

I'm really happy with everything about this generator. For the amount of power it delivers, it's surprisingly lightweight and easy to move thanks to the built‑in handles—one for rolling and two for carrying. The attention to detail shows, with thoughtful extras like the battery charger, included tools, and everything needed to get it running right out of the box. It has the correct connection for my 30A RV plug, and the dust covers are a great added touch. I also love the remote start and the clear status display

Just after 160 hours of work did the power button stop working. I made a claim to the manufacturer but they are swamped with many claims.

It works fantastic when it works. I've had for less than two years and what seems to be the inverter has already gone bad. It is super quiet and lighter weight than most. Very nice machine, again, when it is working.

Just opened the box. Added oil, gas. Connecting the battery was the hardest part due to small battery compartment space. Started right up.

hooked up to my camper and it ran everything including the ac with no issues. no soft start was needed.
