The only problem was with the oil plug/level difficulty with reaching the plug threads. Making sure not to cross thread. The generator started up immediately. Very satisfied.

This generator has been a pretty solid unit. We had a couple of hiccups up front (a side panel cracked during shipping and the electric choke came disconnected). But overall this has been a solid and easy to use generator.

I love everything about the iGen4500 so far. It was super easy to set up and get going. It has awesome features that make it simply and easy to run and use.

I purchased this about 2 weeks ago. Three of my friends have the same model Generator, and have no issues. Me however, I have only used it twice and it won't run under a load.

Bought it as an auxiliary power source for the house and love the quietness of it the only downfall is where do you have to put the oil in and checking it can be bothersome

Had problem starting out of box, found a choke lever behind screwed down panel and fired right up. Met my expectation of power and quiet, i would recommend but only downfall is choke is not easily accessible.

Have not had an opportunity to use it yet but straight out of the box. It started right up like it should and runs like it should so I’ll try it over the next couple weeks and then do another review after that.

Excellent features usually found on high priced generators. Quiet, remote start, 30a RV plug, digital multifunctional display. Love it, runs my 13,000btu ac in Florida just fine.

Just received our new Westinghouse generator and was very pleasantly surprised with how easily it was made to prepare to start working. Just connected the battery and added oil and gas. It started right away, Great!!!

Bought this unit to power my toy hauler. It powers AC, MW, TV all at the same time. I would have rated it at 5 stars, but mine came with the wire for the electric choke not attached.
