Having never used a generator before, I was nervous about the set up and maintenance and both are a breeze. The manual is clear and concise and covers everything in good detail. It's sturdy yet easy to move with the inbuilt handles and pull-out handle. Great product!

Had it for awhile never needed it. Then one night in our 5th wheel the park lost power. This baby fired right up and we had power all night and the next day with hardly using any gas. This was in the middle of Texas summer so AC are a must. We love this generator so much now. You never need one until you do. Oh and super quiet.

I bought this to use camping and as a backup for my house. I haven't put it through a true test while camping but using around the house its very quite. This was one of the deciding factors for buying. The other was having the running watts more than the 30amp load.

We bought this generator to power our grand design imagine camper. They provide enough power to supply everything we need to run on the camper when we are off the grid. It's quiet, efficient, and easy to move around. The remote control makes it an absolute gem to operate from inside the camper.

We recently purchased this generator for camping. So far so good, Even fully loaded to 85% its super quiet. The remote start feature works flawlessly. We would recommend this to anybody looking for a quality generator with all the features. I've seen a few people complain about no oil fill funnel or spark plug wrench, ours came with both items and new oil for the first fill up as well.

We are big NASCAR fans and it will go with us to all races & all other camping trips that we have to be self contained. One question please...my husband wanted the generator cover & it didn't give me an option for it as a free gift. Can I get it instead of the power strip? Thank you.

Easy to start. Require very little effort to start manually. The remote allow for great convenience when we needed to start from a distance. Very quite. In economic mode the generator ran super-quite and the noise level hardly change with additional load except for the initial surge when power hungry equipment (example A.C.) were stared. Love the wheels at one end and the RV plug.

I bought my 4500 inverter last November. Pretty happy with it so far. I wish I would have bought the inverter that would accept gas or gas. My sourness towards Westinghouse is the cover they give you if you fill in a feedback request. Which I did. And, if you did fill this out they would give you a cover for your generator for FREE! The problem is, it doesn't fit over your generator. They say it's “ snug”! It doesn't fit! They will send you a link of where to buy one that does fit…. How funny is that? Not a big deal for me! I just hate the false promises.

Two of my fellow campers have the iGen400 and are very happy with them. They both use theirs to run the AC's and electrical appliances in their travel trailers I finally made the plunge and got me one too. It worked right out of the box. The auto choke worked great on the first start. Can't wait to use it in the woods without getting out of the RV. The remote start will make my morning coffee that much better.

As you can see only bought a couple days ago. Working on getting everything ready to go. I like that nothing seems to be too complicated. We are new to the RV scene so this will be a good addition to all the other stuff we have gotten. Saw several people using the iGen4500 at a dog show and liked design and the quietness.
